Even though Obama may end up with more delegates than Clinton in Nevada, her victory in the popular vote, as well as the McCain victory in South Carolina, points in the same direction.
It is the triumph of Experience over Hope. The triumph of the old over the young. The triumph of cankles over the shapely-turned ankle.
Update: In his victory speech, McCain mentions the efforts of his mother – the subtext being that the candidate may be 72, but may be not likely to die soon. Sadly, no reference to milkshakes.
I really just can’t wait to see what Bill Clinton does next. It is the most exciting reality show EVER!
My actuarial table says don’t count hope out yet.
Hey, aren’t Democrats voting in SCarolina today too? I haven’t seen results….
Nope, JohnAnnArbor, they’re next week.
How confusing.
How confusing.—
And not really efficient either.
Not sure what an “efficient” primary would look like.
Ok fine. Your hope-squishing update has a lot squished my hope, but I think the triumph credit goes more to the media than experience. I guess media whoring counts as experience though.
If Fred had worn shorts more often, we could have judged his ankles.
Ron Paul got more votes than Hillary in Nevada. What’s that tell you?
daleyrocks, um, we should add Nevada to B Moe’s list of “States what need nuking”
Maggie – Naw, the sin’s still worth keeping out there.
“States what need nukingâ€Â
They’ve been there, done that. Though I suppose we could re-open the Nevada Test Range….
