Hell Is Evil People [Dan Collins]

Jack M. steps out of his online persona over at AoS to crave the attention of the blogosphere and the MSM in making notorious some evil bastards who caused a fifteen thirteen year old girl to hang herself in a bizarre and sick MySpace ambush.

Why are those vile adults being protected by the reporter?

  2. Merovign says:

    13. The next day was her 14th birthday.

The reporters claimed they were protecting the daughter of the sick bitch who perpetrated the extended fraudulent online relationship.

Yeah, this is a fine, chewy example of vicious, callous cruelty. Gives a new meaning to “suburban Hell.”

    Skeptical,I am.

If true, it’s horrifying, but it’s just kinda hard to swallow.

Not that I don’t think that people this stupid exist, but it just doesn’t ring true to me. It’s too perfect of a tear jerker.

Beyond the question of the truthfulness of the tale, this story resonated for me. Actually, it depressed me to no end. The part that really got to me was the mother saying that she felt some guilt until she was told that the girl had previously contemplated/attempted suicide. Then she felt better about it. This sort of narcissistic relativism make me nauseous.

Personal responsibility, the real endangered species in our country.

  5. JD says:

I do not know why, but the reporter protecting the identity of this vile woman really bothers me. It seems that every time the press has a choice between right and wrong, the press chooses obscenely fucking wrong every fucking time.

Lost Dog, I’m sure there are details we don’t know that could possibly color the story with more shades of gray.

However, Google revealed – the parents are real, Megan really did commit suicide at 13, by hanging, and was ridiculed and hassled on Myspace just prior to her fatal actions. I found out who the perp family most likely is, and the police report statements by the rotten neighbor woman, while disputed by her in the article, are really recorded as her statement, in the report.

FWIW, created a fake identity on myspace to punk a friend or enemy is classic mean girl schtick, how girls create drama, elicit candid remarks that can be used as evidence or amunition, and/or to humiliate or deflate a rival girl or “untrue” friend. What is shocking and vile is that a grown woman admitted setting the account up and sponsoring the activity, knowing full well the vulnerabilities of the child victim. It’s an amazing measure of disgusting.

    “creating” not “created”.

SarahW – I’m desperately glad you are on this. The “adult” MeanGirl needs to be OUTED. I want her identity out. Soonest. Can’t hide forever, Heather!

So many posters here and on AoS are male, I just don’t think guys really get this. I *wish* we girls could just whack each other. What we do is so much worse. Much. Worse.

But you’re supposed to grow out of it! And yet, after some dealing with the suburban moms around me, so many of them haven’t seemed to.

Oh, we get it. Why do you think we get upset at the wussification drive in government schools now? It isn’t some abstract macho thing, it is because we understand the value of goin’ upside an assholes head once in awhile.

Girls have their own methods…some say they are hurtier.

  11. Dan Collins says:

Only if you think tearing someone’s heart out through their chest and holding it up in front of their face before dropping it on the ground and driving your stiletto heel through it can be construed as “hurtier,” Sarah.

Is there a man among us who wouldn’t rather get an ass-whuppin’?

  13. And to think there’s no crime here, to charge anyone with. Ugh! Doubtless there are facts we haven’t been told yet, but it’s hard to see how the impersonators could be absolved of aggravated rat-bastardness, here. Middle-class suburban ostracism is all they’ll probably get, but they deserve every ounce of it.

I live in the area, and there has been next to zero coverage of this story. I first heard about it yesterday. This morning, one of the large a.m. talkradio shows had this as it’s topic. The idiot host tried to steer the discussion to the evils of MySpace & pedophiles. I have no idea why, but the guy simply couldn’t face the fact that this vicious bitch killed a little girl. The victim’s aunt even called in, highly emotional and very accusatory. The moron host brushed her off.
    Torch & pitchfork time.

This is why I fear the day when women begin to comprehend the full extent of their powers.

  16. Benedick says:

Based on the information available in the article, with a big hint from another reader at Ace’s site, I have deduced the likely names (and address) of the offending couple.

Yeah, until then, they’ll just do it inadvertently.

Yet there is a tort, to sue someone for. But you can’t make a person sue a tortfeasor.
If I can find out who that horror of a woman is in a couple of hours of googletorqing, ( and somebody good at it would have needed a minute or two), you know the neighbors know.

I predict a little mean girl action in the other direction, even if it’s just a little shunning.
