Great stuff, Dan, thanks for the link. “Family Courts are essentially secret courts.”

But watch for blind pushback from the gender hysterics as the Mack trial in Vegas unfolds.

We have a link at our site to an excellent article at humanevents.com which Baskerville just wrote. It concerns the nexus between feminism and the current domestic violence ‘industry’

No, really, for the children and their fathers. This time it’s for real.

When we had kids we used to get accused of crimes we didn’t commit, have withheld all our customary rights, give in to legalized kidnapping and extortion, fight against trial lawyers and gender feminists down at the statehouse, go to jail without trial, and give away our houses and wallets.

And you tell that to the kids these days and they don’t believe you.

Gilliam, Idle, and Chapman couldn’t have made this crap up…

Why aren’t the federal courts acting to protect the constitutional rights of people in state family courts? The examples cited by Dr. Baskerville are blatantly offensive to constitutional and civil rights.

  8. Pablo says:

Baskerville is just scratching the surface, though he knows the terrain well.

I know a guy who is locked up as I write this, for failing to liquidate his 401K to pay a court appointed special master, despite the facts that ERISA protects retirement funds from such seizures and state law requires that the state pay for any such master.

The law simply doesn’t matter to these people.

    Don’t hound Dr. Baskerville, Dan.
