The Manchurian Candidate

Again, prolly not as important as a Thanksgiving prop turkey, but here’s the link anyway.

Good thing for Kerry Whitney Houston entered drug rehab this week, otherwise the mainstream media would be all over this story…

Did I just detect a bit of cynicism?  Come on, the media is not liberally biased.  I had a lefty tell me it wasn’t biased just the other day.

  2. Jeff G says:

It’s not so much biased as it is…er…oh who am I kidding.  If it tilted anymore left I’d have to watch Peter Jennings lying on my side.

Good thing that THIS story will be buried as well:

Someone going and fighting, then having enought courage to be patriotic and question why he fought is better than someone who didn’t fight because he “had other priorities”.

    Does anybody else smell ham…?

Oh, this is a right-only blog.  I see. Well I don’t want to break up your club.  I thought that people might be interested in fairness, and was obviously wrong about that.  I’ll move on.

  6. Jeff G says:

    Do whatever you want.

But stop whining about fairness.  My comment section is open to everyone—even petulant little crybabies like you.

  7. mike says:

Riiight.  Like I said, I’ll move on.  It’ll be more fun here when no one contests points made, and everyone agrees.

  8. Jeff G says:

Yeah, you’ve got this site nailed.

    Yup.

    Absolutely.

    No debates here.

Oh, and here’s a suggestion:  if you’re honestly looking for a debate, try sticking to the topic addressed in the post.  Changing the subject or dropping pre-fab talking points into the comments box suggests that you have nothing of substance to bring to the discussion.  Which is a signal to me that you’re not worth my time.

    Now.  Move along.

    …sanctimonious jaggoff.

I went ahead and followed the slate link.  Kinda proved the point of this post IMO.  But maybe it’s just me.

Hey, for all anyone knows, Dick Cheney and his wife could have been trying to have a child since the day they married.  The fact that his daughter was born nine months and three days after Dick was classified I-A seems, well, just a little too convienent.  The only “one shot, one kill” torpedo that I’m famiar with is the Westinghouse Mk-48 ADCAP.
