Democrat Hank Johnson threatens violence over any move to limit the government [Darleen Click]

Congresscritter Hank “Guam is gonna tip over!” Johnson goes full thug

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) says with budgets like the GOP plan, “the have-nots of this country will rise up like the people in Baltimore.”

During an interview last week on WABE radio’s “A Closer Look” program Johnson said he voted against the GOP budget measure because of its domestic spending cuts and added that its passage could result in violence. […]

“What happened in Baltimore stems from deeper economic issues and if you would take a ride down the streets of some of the greatly impoverished areas of Baltimore where change has not come, where things are the same as they were 50 years ago and have been allowed to grow worse then you will understand the lack of hope of which those riots are born from.”

“So are you saying, when you say ‘rise up like Baltimore’, – let’s define that a little bit more,” Host Denis O’Hayer said. “In terms of the protests or in terms of the violence?”

“No, I’m saying in terms of the violence and it’s unfortunate,” Johnson replied.

O’Hayer followed up, “You’re saying budgets like this can lead to violence?”

“Yes, I am,” Johnson, said.

How special.

And the difference between what he describes and armed robbery is what, again?

Where does Fox news find people like this Johnson character? Makes poor people look bad and makes the president mad.

  3. Merovign says:

Well, since just about everywhere poverty has not improved for decades has been run by Democrats for decades, I’d say the solution is pretty obvious.

P.S. Of *course* it’s extortion, it’s always extortion. That’s why they cut police, fire, and public safety first when they want more money.

If people want to burn their own neighborhoods down, who am I to judge? It’s time natural selection got a few at-bats anyway.

Yeah! Let’s elect a few Democrats to the City Council and we’ll really see things turn arou… wait, what? Half a century, you say? Not a single Republican on the city council since 1939, you say? Only one Republican mayor since World War 2? Only seven Republican governors (including the incumbent) out of 30 since the Civil War?

Wow, it’s almost as though he knew what he was talking about…

notice "poverty" has been redefined. i saw a white lady today buy a manufactured birthday cake today. in the old days "poverty" would be deemed to provide the ingredients to manufacture your own. lazy loffers = poverty just like the baracky said yesterday.
