Someone probably called him a tough old bear, and she just couldn’t help herself.
Which, come to think of it, would go a long way toward explaining Silly Andy’s infatuation with her. Who stands to lose more if the world loses its tough old bears?
I want to live longer than 100 years – I want the last word …
“Back in my day we didn’t have any death rays or phasers or whatever you young soldiers have now! We had carbines and pistols and had to actually aim them ourselves! You and your fancy powered armor, bah! I had to hump 12500 lbs, up hill both ways, to get to and from battle…”
My grandma is in the hospital and is not expected to last the week. She’s 96. It’s sad; because, she outlived all of her friends and got so paranoid that the family was going to force her to move closer to us to keep an eye on her that she refused to come up to visit for Thanksgiving or Christmas cause she “wanted to die” with her friends around her.
I guess if you count the cemeteries, she’ll get her wish.
A. Mazing.
I was sure the doughboys were all well and dead by now.
Also, I don’t want to live to 110.

I don’t care what anybody says — there’s nothing natural about dying at 110 years of age. Nobody in my family’s ever done it.

RIP, soldier.

Well, interesting that his daughter is still around to give an interview about the old soldiers death.
RIP Mr. Buckles.
Yep, interesting about the daughter. However, not quite in the way I imagined.
The daughter is a youngster at 55 years old.
