  1. I can’t figure this out. Supposedly, 12% of Newsweek readers think Obama’s a Muslim. So the New Yorker publishes a cover that is supposed to offend that 12%…and it offends Obama and McCain…So Obama and McCain are either muslim or read Newsweek.

Right? OK, but… they say they aren’t muslim. So they must read Newsweek. Where do you find Newsweek?

    At the dentist.

So the question remains…what the hell are they doing at the dentist all the time? The guy must be dealing drugs.

McCain and Obama are drug addicts.

Hahahaha! You havent lived til you’ve been caught under the fat drunk chic after an unexpected ‘left foot blue’ maneuver in a game of nude Twister… Ahhh. Good times.

This “fact” is considered to be a huge swing factor in discussions about “low information voters” by the Left blogosphere– yet 42% of Dems believing that GWB orchestrated 9/11 gets no play ay all…

Ah yes, that “satirical” cover art. I’d have an easier time believing it was truly satire if it weren’t for the rather pointedly critical article under that cover. Or was the discussion of O’bama’s ties with Rezko and his Chicago pol background also satire? Let’s not forget that the New Yorker’s prime audience is, yes, New York. No PUMAs there do ya think?

  6. Swen Swenson says:

I say this not as an O’bama supporter, but as someone who’s thinking like the PUMAs: If the opposition wins this year at least we have a chance to run a real republican in four years. If there were a republican in the race I’d be delighted by the vicious infighting among the dems.

“low information”? If I worked for Newsweek, I’d be insulted.
