Spitzer on Radar’s radar [Karl]

Radar magazine’s “Fresh Intelligence” blog obtains expert advice on the Spitzer scandal from… former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss:

“It’s so easy not to not get caught,” reformed Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss tells Radar, adding that she provided service to many a well known politician her day. “I saw many famous people—more famous than Eliot Spitzer—and you know what, you pay people right, you treat them right, you don’t have a problem.”

Accordingly, Fleiss confidently hypothesizes as to why Spitzer got caught.  Because of the hypocrisy, natch, but she also has a family-unfriendly explanation at the link.

Holy crap! Take a look at that picture of Fleiss. That woman belongs in the “plastic surgery gone bad” websites.

I think he meant to say he’d like to have a Cleveland Steamer dropped on him.

The NY post is reporting that Spitz’ hooker fetish goes back 6-7 years and maybe a decade. That’s a naughty Attorney General.

Anal sex without a condom? Does he think he can parlay this thing into a Playboy spread. Is he that out of touch not to know who “Washingtonienne” is? Or Waonkette? So many questions.

“It’s so easy not to not get caught,”

    So…..it’s easy to get caught?

You know what else is easy not to not to do? Not proof-reading.

Journalists are dumber than hookers, so Fleiss probably didn’t split the infinitive, and the reporter “fixed” it like that. Of course the copy editor didn’t fix that. The only enjoyable part of the job is leaving mistakes in text written by bitchy twits who complain when you do fix it, because they’re dumber than hookers.

(The secret word for tonight is “ATM.”)

Heidi Fleiss would have to say ‘yes’.

I think she would say “not no”.

Psycho, you’ve never been a copyeditor, have you? (Hint: there are worse things than split infinitives. English is, after all, a Germanic language.

    - I wouldn’t even think of not going there, because, well, its just so enjoyably go-able.

…maybe not a split infinitive, but definitely a dangling modifier.
