Coulter Comfort Farm
Forget Tom Friedman’s pragmatism. In light of Ricky Reid’s recent attempt to Nike-bomb a Paris-to-Miami flight, Ann Coulter has a few suggestions of her own for the airlines: New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman responded to this latest attack by summarily announcing that our only choices are to ‘become less open as a society’ or simply ‘to live with much higher levels of risk.’ I think I have another solution.

“Beating on Dowd with a Kraut Hammer.” That’s perfect. Why didn’t I think of that? Kudos to TonyPundit…
Brunch Follow-up
To those of you who’ve asked (and to those others of you who might care, for one reason or another) breakfast was yummy. Check out Jeff Jacoby’s Boston Globe essay, “Smears, slanders from the left.” “For eight years now,” Jacoby says, he’s “been rounding up examples of liberal hate speech – the gross and vicious slanders of conservatives uttered all too often by mainstream liberals.” Jacoby rolls off a list of examples — the typical equating of conservative thought to Nazi-ism or to KKK-ish sentiments, for instance — but most compelling is the
