Brian Dance, a 20-year-old UC-Irvine student, was arrested for beating and raping a 15-year-old girl he met in an online chat room, then arranged to meet at a nearby Orange County mall. He forced her into the backseat of his car, covered her eyes with duct tape, and beat her for a coupla hours with his hands and a belt; he then sexually abused her, robbed her, and carved swastikas into her cheeks and forehead with a knife. Police picked him up when he tried to repeat the act with the girl
