Kloognome’s Robert Crawford’s saw the same FOXNews report I did, and asks the same questions I asked (well, shouted at the teevee and threw a handful of pastachios at Brit Hume, in my case). Anyway, here’s the gist: Some in the State Government of New York, according to the FOX report, are calling for searches of all Yemenis anywhere — this after a “recent raid on an apartment where a number of Yemenis lived in the Northeast netted thermos bottles outfitted with wires and batteries.”
FOXNews reports that additional information about the apartment raid is being withheld as “too sensitive.”
This is precisely the kind of intelligence info. I’m interested in learning more about, the kind of information I presume most Americans would find more useful than vague and breathless daily warnings about threats against shopping malls or subway cars or nuclear reactors.
