Vic Matus in The Weekly Standard puts on paper what lots of us have been thinkin’ for some time now: Arnold’s days as an action superstar are over.

C’mon. Was anybody planning on dropping $8 on Collateral Damage? The last Schwartzenegger movie I bothered seeing (’cause I love that occult stuff) was End of Days, the idiocy of which left me slack jawed. About two-thirds through the movie, Arnold figgers out that bullets can’t kill the Devil.

Solution? Higher caliber bullets and some kick-ass explosives, naturally… What the hell (yeah, I know, I know) was Gabriel Byrne thinking…?

Poor Arnold. What happened?
