“Breaking ranks with the United States, EU foreign ministers backed the outlines of a new Mideast peace plan Saturday calling for Palestinian elections and the creation of a Palestinian state to be immediately recognized by Israel and admitted to the United Nations,” The AP reports.

Creation of a Palestinian state must be the ‘starting point of a negotiating process,’ French Foreign Minister Hubert Vedrine said as he presented a blueprint of the plan, drawn up by France, to his 14 colleagues from the European Union.

Yup. Leave it to the EU to suggest to terrorists that suicide bombings do indeed work as a negotiating tool — that all you need to do to get your own internationally recognized country is to convince a handful of zealots to strap dynamite to their bodies and blow up pizza parlors and shopping malls, and so convince a handful of EU bureaucrats that fighting the good fight takes too much time and energy, and requires the very balls this emasculated coterie of shivering limpdicks will never have…
