Strange Brew Hsu [Dan Collins]

RG Combs has more interesting information regarding Norman Hsu’s financial entanglements. He quotes commenter Michael from Inoperable Terran:

1. Hsu told Source Financial the money was to manufacture clothes for Gucci & Prada in China. Neither company manufactures any items in China, ever.
2. Source Financial never noticed that Hsu’s businesses didn’t exist before loaning him money. They also failed to check his background, or look for a factory in China connected to Hsu.
3. Source Financial was accepting checks post dated by 135 days as payment on their huge loans to Hsu.
4. Source Financial employees are also big Hillary donors.
5. Hillary set aside 1 million dollars of taxpayer money for a “Woodstock” museum. The head of Source Financial was a major Woodstock promoter and also a long time Clinton friend.
6. It took 2 weeks for the head of Source Financial to realize there might be some kind of connection between his company, Clinton, and Hsu.
7. One of the recipients of Hsu’s suicide note googled the term “Hsu Suicide” BEFORE anyone knew where he was or what he was doing – according to Michelle Malkin.

How many will drop?

Stoo Pid requests that I omit not to mention either Burgess or Charwal (and that rhymes with narwhal), Clinton donors both.

    – Oh well hell, if Malkins on the case she’ll have the whole asian horde intiered by Mondsy the latest. After all, once you’ve been declared “spit on worthy” by Geraldo, you know you’ve made the big time. Good on her. she’s earned it. The success, not the spitting.

    – He apologized to her on air on O’Reilly yesterday, stating he is “[simply] overly passionate about the whole immigration mess, and she is a fine writer, and mother, and he doesn’t know what to say but that he’s embarrassed and sorry, and it will never happen again….”.

    – Not sure but I’d guess the tone of emails he’s gotten in the last few weeks have given him a heads up that we are all “passionate about the immigration mess”, especially those of us that live in border states and have been paying the frieght all these years.

    I wish I were spitworthy.

I predict better luck at hsuicide this time.

BTW – For anyone interested Malkin is live blogging the GOE (Gathering of Eagles) march in front of the Capital in Washington this morning here.

    BB,
Thanks for the link. Good stuff!

  6. Merovign says:

    1) Anyone have Source Financial’s number? I need one of those multimillion dollar loans sans background check, preferably the one where they don’t ask questions when you don’t pay it back.

    2) Regarding Hillary’s apparent walking on this, at least in the MSM, what’s slicker than Teflon?

  7. psychologizer says:

From the link: I’m amazed that the D.A. didn’t ask that he be denied bail and held on remand.

I saw a comment, at Hotair I think, from someone in contact with the prosecutor, quoting a typo-ridden D.A. email claiming that there exists no legal means by which a repeated bail-jumper with evidently mounting suicidal urges can be held without bond.

This is, of course, a lie. I’ve been held without bail for not knowing I had a friend who was a hooker (not as good a story as that sounds like).

Good luck, Norm. The Man wants you dead.

    – Actually I’m thinking its more like a certain Womyn that wishes for that outcome.

  9. Merovign says:

Well, at least the Democrats can count on the MSM not to ask any tough questions about bail. Or contributions. Or Chinese military funds making their way to Democrat campaigns.

Or minor sex scandals. Car accidents. DUI. Drugs. Bribery. Racism. Nepotism. Embarrassing relatives. Old pictures with dictators. New pictures with dictators. Attacks on campaign headquarters. Vote-rigging. Endless recounts. Gerrymandering.

Gee, now I’m getting depressed. Oh, and Fat Man got to the Hsuicide joke before I did, damnit! Now I’m REALLY depressed. :)

I don’t know, but I think it’s green and invades Poland.

I think this scandal could be the end of Hillary’s campaign for President. But not if every story has some irrelevant detail like this for Clintonistas to fasten on. Is this what you really want to be talking about? If the money trail shows Hillary delivered a clear quid pro quo after receiving questionable campaign contributions then that is what will sink her. Not who else knew what, or who, or when.

My prediction: the FEC won’t do squat until 2009 or 2010, if then. Well, that’s just common knowledge, I guess.

    – Hey. Leave it alone. What are you trying to do here, force the Demitudes to dump their cult hero’s and run a viable candidate?

  13. Merovign says:

If it comes down to the media or Congress, nothing will be done.

The administration needs to step up. It’s not like the crap they’ll take for it will be any worse than the crap they’re already taking.

  14. Denny Gill says:

Hillary? End of her campaign for President? Dumped on by the MSM and her own party? Sure. Wait: are those pigs I see flying?
