Obama’s TSA: allowing illegals to fly without identification [Darleen Click]

Isn’t this special?

Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms,” NBPC’s Local 2455 Spokesman, Hector Garza, told Breitbart Texas.

“This is not the CBP [Customs and Border Protection] or another federal agency renting or leasing an aircraft, these are the same planes that the American public uses for domestic travel,” said Garza. “This just adds insult to injury. Not only are we releasing unknown illegal aliens onto American streets, but we are allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer. The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth.”

Spokesman Garza continued, “We do not know who these people are, we often have to solely rely on who they say they are, where they say they came from, and the history they say they have. We know nothing about most of them, ICE releases them into the American public, and now they are boarding aircraft at will with a simple paper document that anyone can easily alter or reproduce themselves.”

Not to mention all the wonderful, communicable diseases to be spread on commercial flights …

A Border Patrol agent from the Laredo, Texas, Sector has been hospitalized for seven days with bacterial pneumonia, which the agent contracted while processing illegal immigrants, officials from National Border Patrol Council 2455 tell National Review Online.

Agent Jarrad Seely, vice president of NBPC 2455, says the agent is expected to have chronic asthmatic symptoms for life, according to information relayed by the agent. The illness has so swollen the agent’s throat that it’s difficult for the agent to speak, Seely says. […]

“Our agents have been getting sick more often than before with flus and congestion and a whole bunch of respiratory illnesses,” says Hector Garza, the secretary and treasurer of NBPC 2455. “The processing room was severely overcrowded and that just made [it] the perfect breeding ground for these diseases.” Garza says he and other Border Patrol officials have had to communicate indirectly with the agent, via the family, because of the agent’s inability to speak.

Seely says the Laredo Sector has recently had illegal immigrants arrive with active cases of tuberculosis, scabies, lice and chicken pox.

Heck of a job, Barry!

Why should he bother? It’s not like the media would ever write up a bad report about his failure to act like a President dealing with a domestic crisis. Bush could have been down filling sandbags on the levees following Katrina, and they would still have bashed him for not preventing the hurricane from happening, but Obama could murder an infant on national television and they would give him a standing ovation for standing up for a women’s right to a fourth trimester abortion.

Geez, guess you *feel* the same about Brian Terry, eh?

  23. happyfeet says:

    Brian Terry

he’s a hero to me kinda like how russell crowe is a hero to dennis quaid

in the sense that me and dennis are both happy we’re not on the hook for any pension here

  24. Drumwaster says:

Something else I heard earlier, and it only now sank home. Bum,bles is asking for $3.7 billion in order to cope with the crisis at the border, but even if we take absolute worst case numbers and assume that there are 100,000 “children” to be sent back, that means he is asking for $37,000 PER PERSON to get them sent back. For that kind of money, he could buy them all their own car, a new wardrobe, and first-class lodging for the duration of the trip. If there are fewer people, then the cost per capita goes nowhere but up.

Meanwhile, priceline has one-way plane tickets from Austin to Guatemala for less than $700…

So what slush fund will be getting all that extra money?

  25. geoffb says:

With the system being overwhelmed, Border Patrol agents are concerned about minors who have admitted to being MS-13 members, a brutal street gang from El Salvador that has been successful in infiltrating American communities. Agents are also concerned about minors who have committed acts like torture and murder in their home countries before heading north to the United States.

“We have six minors in Nogales who have admitted to killing and doing grievous bodily injuries. One admitted to killing as young as eight years old,” an agent tells Townhall anonymously for fear of losing his job for speaking out. “They are being held for placement in the U.S.”

  26. Drumwaster says:

Sounds like there are plenty of rooms in the White House for them (which is, after all, public housing)

  27. Patrick Chester says:

…aaaaaaand the griefer says something stupid multiple times then starts backpedaling. Again.

  28. Eingang Ausfahrt says:

    Brian Terry

he’s a hero to me kinda like how russell crowe is a hero to dennis quaid

in the sense that me and dennis are both happy we’re not on the hook for any pension here

So, trying to do his job despite the constraints put upon him by your “progressive” pals, Terry was killed, and you are happy.

Do you ever disgust yourself ?

  29. leigh says:

No, he doesn’t. He’s not reflective that way, Eingang.

  30. Drumwaster says:

He’s not reflective that way, Eingang.

Only because he dare not look at himself in the mirror. Oh, he wouldn’t get sick, but his mirror image would throw up at the mere sight of him.

(Alternate punchline: “Yeah, vampires don’t have reflections.”)

  31. President Oblowme says:

    Can ah get an “Amen?”

  32. President Oblowme says:

    Well?

  33. Eingang Ausfahrt says:

No, he doesn’t. He’s not reflective that way, Eingang.

    I reckon.

However, granted I haven’t been around here that long, but HF, wanting someone dead so that he, who I would imagine is part of the 47% who pays no federal taxes, doesn’t have to pay even a part of someone’s retirement, is over the top even for him (or it, as the case may be).

  34. maggie katzen says:

My dad flew from fl to ok using his costco card for id. Even after they found traces of fertilizer on his bag. ( he works on a golf course)

  35. leigh says:

happyfeet used to be fun. Someone stole him and replaced him with this doppelganger who nobody likes.

He doesn’t get invited to the good parties anymore.

  36. happyfeet says:

i did not backpedal you lot can lionize your dead unionized federal worker trash like all you want

  37. happyfeet says:

    create a scholarship fund!

  38. Eingang Ausfahrt says:

i did not backpedal you lot can lionize your dead unionized federal worker trash like all you want

So Brian Terry was just “federal worker trash”.

What exactly is it that you do that is so vital to the republic that a) you get to call him trash, and b) is worth his life ?

  39. happyfeet says:

sometimes i go to a filipino restaurant

  41. happyfeet says:

    cause you super smart

  42. Eingang Ausfahrt says:

Either I am smart, or I recognize the patterns of an effete poseur who is not nearly as clever or cute as it thinks it is. To paraphrase Teddy Roosevelt, I could carve a better pikachu out of a banana.

  43. Drumwaster says:

and the banana would be more intelligent

There are charter airlines operating older 747’s that fly many of the 2 million Muslims who make the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca every year. That’s ~ 450-500 people per flight.

I’m sure some of them would love a US government contract to start up some 5x daily flights between Texas and Central America. Much higher capacity and lots faster than a bus ride from Texas to San Diego. And it solves the problem rather than merely postponing it.

  46. daveinsocal says:

And regarding the repellant yellow hamster, you should know that he’s actually an artificial limited-intelligence cobbled together from a Commodore 64 computer, an Easy-Bake oven, a Mattel See-‘N-Say and a bootlegged VHS copy of the movie “Short Circuit”.

  47. Drumwaster says:

I’m sure some of them would love a US government contract to start up some 5x daily flights between Texas and Central America.

Put it up for an honest bid process (not that many charter companies that could handle the load, and it would go faster than the annual NFL draft picks), and I can guarantee that it would cost a lot less than $37k/”child”.

  50. President Oblowme says:

****The president’s trips outside of Washington – or even just stops outside the White House – have become something of a coping mechanism. He’s taken to walking to and from events close to the White House, albeit with Secret Service agents and journalists trailing him closely. In between fundraisers and speeches in Colorado and Texas this week, Obama made time to drop by local restaurants for pizza and barbeque, as well as play a game of pool and have a beer with Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper.

Almost all of these types of events are planned by the White House, though not publicly announced before the president’s arrival. And the White House’s increasing reliance on such events as a way to garner attention opened the president up to ridicule from Republicans when after he declared in Texas that he wasn’t going to take a first-hand look at the humanitarian crisis at the Texas border because he was “not interested in photo ops.”

    […]

“A presidential appearance somewhere sends a very important message about the president’s priorities,” White House spokesman Josh Earnest said.****

Make that 700+. Community organizer 3.7 billion dollar heavenly slush fund.

BTW Obama’s original organizer group, Gamaliel had for many many years pushed for open borders and immigrant “rights” in their literature and on their web site.

Now however they have been quieter on this issue, at least publicly. I have to believe that they are still pushing but just using other organizational names to do so since they have come to be identified with Obama.

  53. sdferr says:

It’s noteworthy that of all the many possible characterizations of the political left in America today, this propensity to hide, to conceal, to misname in order to deceive, beyond all the other essential characteristics, is very near to universal.

Yet Americans seem not to dwell on this business. Many, we might guess, are simply fooled and hence unaware. Many others simply approve, since they too realize the deception is necessary. And finally — setting apart for the moment those who like us can see both the concealment and the reasons for it and disapprove — the remainder, if vaguely aware of the deceptions, shrug, and make nothing of it. Pity.

  54. President Oblowme says:

****[America’s Constitution] has called multitudes to seek freedom and prosperity on our shores. We are a proud Nation of immigrants, home to a long line of aspiring citizens who contributed to their communities, founded businesses, or sacrificed their livelihoods so they could pass a brighter future on to their children.
