Ah, dreamers!

Dream, noble little childrens of Otherness!  Dream of freedom!  The freedom to get on the US dole and have me pay for you to live in this country, the freedom to  get treated better than an actual citizen, the freedom to crash the economic and medical systems, the freedom to overrun schools, fill up jails, and bring with you a political sensibility that is all about government handouts and entitlements.  Remember:  you’ll take the places on welfare roles that Americans refuse to take!  If I’m paraphrasing John McCain correctly…

dreamers

Look at all the little golden children.  Watch them dream!  Then ask yourselves:  How can you so callously dismiss their childhood longings?  Is it because you hate brown people?  You xenophobic racist nativists!

  1. Obamacare re-defined “child” to embrace those of 1/4 century or so. Now they will have to raise that bar to over 1/3 century or more.

Just as they aim to eliminate the “middle class” so that there is nothing except the desperately poor and the entitled powerful wealthy so too we shall eliminate adults and all go directly from “child” to “golden age” at 50 when the carousel will then beckon those whose healthcare quota has been used up.

Just take the damn pill grandma.

  2. - Is it just me or does it seem that things are headed, actually racing in fact, toward some sort of showdown?

    - Probably just the Jalapeno tomali’s I had for lunch. Never mind, go back to dreaming of the America we once knew.

  3. It’s not just you, BBH.

  4. “Child” got redefined to 25 and under with Obamacare. Keep it moving far enough and it will be anyone under 65. Those over 65 can go on social security and medicare.

    Government largess for everyone!

  5. Those over 65 can go on social security and medicare just go sit and die. – by order of your local death panel.

  6. I sit corrected.

  7. And then we have those who are relegated to steerage class.

    >On the Democratic side, Sens. Richard J. Durbin of Illinois, the chamber’s No. 2 Democrat, and Dianne Feinstein of California, have expressed deep reservations about sending the children back to potentially dangerous situations.

“I think we’d better think twice,” Durbin said. Feinstein likened the situation to the “boatloads of Jewish immigrants trying to come to this country during Nazi Germany and getting turned back.”<

  11. Someone should remind DiFi that FDR did just that.

  12. Someone should remind DiFi that FDR did just that.

And perhaps that what he didn’t do was bomb the rail-heads leading to the death camps.

Funny where the likes of FDR and ClownDisaster choose to implement that progressive’s hated doctrine of laisser faire, isn’t it?

  13. reservations about sending the children back to potentially dangerous situations

the only real data we have on this comes from a study a bunch of UN cunts did

I kinda started looking at it the other day so i’m a copy and paste that comment below

it’s kind of long but people need to start taking a hard look at this bullshit study

  14. National Soros Radio offers the approved narrative

A study by the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees found that 58 percent of the unaccompanied children are motivated by safety concerns, fearing conditions back home.

Their home countries have been racked by gang violence, fueled by the drug trade. According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, “Salvadoran and Honduran children … come from extremely violent regions where they probably perceive the risk of traveling alone to the U.S. preferable to remaining at home.”

There’s violence in Guatemala, too. Many Guatemalan children, however, come from poor rural areas and may be seeking economic opportunities. The same is true for children from poorer parts of El Salvador. For many, the prospect of reuniting with family members in the U.S. is also a powerful motivating force.

Central American families may have been misled by rumors — often spread by profit-seeking smugglers — that their children will readily be reunited with relatives already in the U.S.

They link the silly UN study from the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees – you can get it here

It’s worth looking at it to see how facile and exploitative these UN whores can be:

    * They only talked to 302 urchins from central america, and they claim that this allows them to project the results across all the urchins…

    El Salvador (104): 69 boys 37 girls
    Guatemala (100): 79 boys 21 girls
    Honduras (98): 69 boys 29 girls
    Mexico (102): 98 boys 4 girls

    * While National Soros Radio reports the study’s finding that 58 percent of the illegal urchins are motivated by “safety concerns,” they fail to inform their audience that the urchins express a variety of reasons for why they illegally entered the United States… so it’s notable that National Soros Radio fails to report the study’s finding that, for example, for Guatemala:

Eighty-four percent of the children shared hopes for family reunification, better opportunities for work or study, or helping their families as a reason for coming to the U.S.

The corresponding figure for urchins from El Salvador is 80% and from Honduras it’s 80% as well.

    ***

    METHODOLOGY

Questions asked to each child relating to reasons for leaving and harm experienced in the country of origin:

Why did you want to leave your country?

What was the most important reason?

    Were there any other reasons?

    What were they?

Did anyone make you suffer at some point in your country or in your home?

Did anyone hurt you at some point in your country or in your home?

Were you in danger at some point in your country or in your home?

Notice that the study asked the urchins about the “most important reason” they had for popping into America uninvited… but that they don’t report this data.

Think about that for a second.

  15. Funny where the likes of FDR and ClownDisaster choose to implement that progressive’s hated doctrine of laisser faire, isn’t it?

It is rather unusual, sdferr. It’s like a blinking light that they ignore most of the time.

They don’t like to be reminded that FDR’s Cabinet was full of Commie sympathizers and spies, either.

  16. >Border Patrol agents in McAllen, Texas, have said most of the illegal immigrants they encounter have the same “rehearsed” answers about having “credible fear” in fleeing their countries so they will not be returned.

Among the printed statements in Spanish on the sheet are:

    • Why did you abandon your country?

    • Because of poverty and misery.

    • You’re in fear of your government and afraid to live in your country.

    • You’re afraid of extortion from Maras [MS-13 gang].

    • Do you have family in the United States?

    • Is this the first time you’ve come into this country?

    • Did you swim across the river?

    • Somebody told you that if you brought a minor child into the United States you can stay.<

  17. Don’t we have any old, semi-abandonded bases in Alaska we can ship all these refugees to?

Seems to me like the most effficient way to resolve the problem: They either go to Alaska and wait for their deportation hearing, whenever that is, or they can voluntarily hop on the transport back to wherever the hell they came from.

  18. This commentator over at the Breitbart article newrouter linked is dead solid perfect:

DonaMarina: Beck should follow up his “humanitarian” gesture by buying headstones for the illegal kids he’s now encouraged to make that arduous journey and who will die doing it.

When he’s marked all the graves, he should then pay for mental health counseling for the 33% of the illegal minors who survive the sexual abuse they will receive on their trip.

When he’s done with that, he can donate the rest of his wealth to financially support as many of the young illegals, whom he has enticed to come here, as his bank account allows.

When he’s done with that, he can get on his knees and beg forgiveness to all American minors who will be infected with diseases from these illegals, who will have a worse education because of school overcrowding, inadequate school funding and an emphasis on getting the illegals up to speed and who will have to compete with these illegals for jobs when grown.

Hopefully Beck will do this all behind the scenes so as to prove he’s not doing all this as a photo op.

Hopefully, conservatives will finally abandon this megalomaniac.

  19. ObaZma finally speaks to Netanyahu three days after the grim conflict has set on in earnest, and seeing clearly the distinct possibility that Hamas may be reduced in detail and even hopefully annihilated as a functioning political organization, helpfully offers what Netanyahu cannot accept at this point: yet another ceasefire leaving ObaZma’s beloved Hamas intact.

A nastier scrum has never occupied our highest office. It’s a wonder that given he’s such a pig the Muslims would ever want to have anything to do with him.

  31. This commentator over at the Breitbart article newrouter linked is dead solid perfect:

Do you actually think that people are coming for Beck’s soccer balls and sandwiches?

They’re not. They’re actually coming for “permiso.” Beck ain’t giving that out.

  40. I figured out why having a prog member of one’s family makes it impossible to love him anywhere nearly as well as one normally would. It’s because he despises most two of the things which one loves most: the American Constitutional ideal and the people who love it and who pursued it for two hundred years.

  41. Regarding newrouter’s Ed Driscoll link:

But then, I used to think Coulter’s RINO obsession was a passing fancy..

  46. So, Obama’s really the one trucking meals and soccer balls to the border while Beck busies himself derailing trains in Mexico.

    Check.

And I thought I was stoned blind.

  47. Jaysus on a Pony

I’ve been arguing with a bleeding heart leftist who keeps channeling The Simpson’s Helen “think of the children” Lovejoy

I’m told if I don’t have compassion and take care of this poor children, I’m “heartless”.

(“care” not being private charity but public moneys)

  48. Beck should follow up his “humanitarian” gesture by buying headstones for the illegal kids he’s now encouraged to make that arduous journey and who will die doing it.

    Dead wrong.

Nobody is going to traverse the Mexican gauntlet so that they can get Glenn Beck’s temporary relief. Also, they’re NOT being taken good care of because THE GODDAMNED SYSTEM IS OVERWHELMED, AS INTENDED.

    Cripes, people. Pay attention.

Also, many of those kids actually are fleeing gang violence: MS-13 will kill kids who refuse to join up; other kids have parents up here already who are sending remittances, and when the gangsters find out someone has family in the U.S., they extort the family through kidnappings and threats of violence.

Furthermore, the only way for those kids to get through Mexico is to pay a coyote exhorbitant sums. Where do those kids get that kind of plata?

Their relatives go to loan sharks, or perhaps the coyote gets paid by a human trafficker when the “parents” of the abandoned child show up to claim him.

The number of kids pouring over the border is high enough that there’s a ton of different situations, from pitiable to execrable.

Hopefully Beck will do this all behind the scenes so as to prove he’s not doing all this as a photo op.

How the hell does he ask his audience to contribute to the fund in secret?

Furthermore, Conservatives Being Seen Doing Good is a damned effective tactic to short-circuit the enmity between the two camps in our current cold war. I don’t mean the people we tangle with on Twitter and elsewhere — who are too invested in their ideology and in the defense thereof to be moved — but by people who think Conservatives Are Heartless because they don’t know any actual conservatives and have never seen them in action.

Nolte is lying about Beck’s condemnation of those who don’t wish to join him in this effort. I’ve actually been listening to his show every damned day and that’s not his attitude at all. He specifically says that if you don’t want to contribute to the kids you can contribute to something else, and your money will go TO THAT PROJECT and none other.

Nolte et al. are more likely stung in the conscience by Beck’s going outside the tribal boundaries to be decent instead of rigidly ideological. Beck won’t call his detractors cold-hearted but I will: you’re letting our policy preferences dictate how we treat genuine victims (not necessarily those in that photo) instead of having the courage to see the complexity in these situations and break out of those vile stereotypes.

Yes, we’re being shat upon by the government. AGAIN. But that’s no reason to withhold aid to the helpless.

Similarly, Bob, your evaluation of Glenn Beck is singularly uncharitable. Megalomaniac? Excuse me?

A megalomaniac is a type of malignant narcissist. Obama is a megalomanical narcissist.

Here’s how you rule out narcissism of all stripes (somatic, cerebral, megalomaniacal, etc.) — narcissists NEVER do the following: successfully complete a 12-step program, ignore or respond graciously to criticism, hire people to make fun of them on air for 2-3 hours a day.

Glenn has done all three, plus other things that similarly rule out narcissism or any other personality disorder.

I’m guessing you don’t actually listen to Beck’s radio program or follow his logic. I do, and have done so since before he had a TV program. I watched his transformation and I totally get why he’s doing what he’s doing. Partly, I understand him because we belong to the same church, but you don’t have to be a Mormon to recognize that he’s a man of faith and integrity and that he genuinely desires to stand where God asks him to stand, no matter the cost.

He is not motivated by self-aggrandizement. If it were, he’d never have undertaken to explain monetary policy on whiteboards in prime time (no one in their right mind would use that as a path to TV ratings), he’d never have left Fox and attempted to revolutize Internet and other media.

And he’d definitely never make enemies with so many of the Establicans.

But then, I used to think Coulter’s RINO obsession was a passing fancy.

At the beginning of the year, Beck had Coulter on the radio as a guest, and I got the idea that they were hoping to make it a regular thing.

It hasn’t been. I’m pretty sure Coulter’s support for Establicans over principle is what done it.

    So that’s a point in Glenn’s favor.

  49. Might I remind you that Jesus chose a Samaritan (a man of Samaria) to help the beaten-senseless Jew for a good reason:

The Samaritans were hated by the Jews, who thought them filthy mongrels. Their ancestors had stayed behind after the Babylonian conquest and intermingled with the locals, both in blood and custom.

Jews would go miles and miles out of their way to avoid crossing through Samaria, such was their loathing.

So as a rebuke to the disingenuous, “and who is my neighbor?” Jesus had the filthy Samaritan help a Jew whom he knew hated him.

Because the Samaritan saw a brother in need, not an enemy.

Jesus likewise spoke to the Samaritan woman at the well, a double no-no, as Jews never spoke to Samaritans and Jewish men didn’t converse with strange women. But he was no respecter of tribal boundaries.

Jesus also ministered to the “sinners and publicans,” people who also were caught in the middle of political and social contradictions. Most prostitutes were widowed or abandoned women whose needs were not being seen to according to Mosaic law. Having no other way to earn a living, they were forced to sell their bodies. The corrupt Jewish priests condemned them in public while visiting them in private. The publicans (tax collectors for the hated Roman occupiers) were likewise straddling allegiances, and probably took the jobs because they didn’t want to starve.

Draw your lines as Christ would, not as partisans do. Most labels and categories in this world are useless, anyway.

People on the Left curse anyone on “their side” who agrees to be interviewed by Glenn, merely for associating with the hated figure.

Don’t honor those distinctions, people. They’re evil distractions that the politicians encourage so that we won’t notice them pillaging the treasury.

  50. People who disagree with me aren’t paying attention.

    Cripes, dice.

  51. I have no problem with ministering to their needs while they’re here.

So long, that is, as they’re here temporarily.

  52. - Lets put it in words shall we?

    - “No we cannot feed everyone in the whole damned world, nor take care of their needs hearth and health wise. Period. If you fall for the mother of all bullshit guilt trips you are certifiable.”

    - This is just another Leftist fuckhead scam to seemingly set themselves apart from the cold-hearted Conservatives. If you accept it then you deserve to live under a Marxist Progressive regime and you are just as much of a moron as they are.

    - Charity is best handled by volunteer charities. End of fucking story.

    - Secure the g-damned border.

  53. Bear with me, folks, I’m feeling super loose.

    So, let’s dance!

  54. I’m kind of hoping that Beck is being crazy like a fox. Soccer balls and BeckMeals(TM) on wheels as a way to get inside and see for himself what’s going on.

Soccer balls and BeckMeals and Ted Cruz and Louie Gohmert. And all of it’s going to church.

  55. Megalomaniac, as defined in The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition [emphasis mine]:

    1. A psychopathological condition characterized by delusional fantasies of wealth, power, or omnipotence.

    2. An obsession with grandiose or extravagant things or actions.

  56. Check that. Mike Lee not Ted Cruz.

  57. Are the soccer balls grandiose or extravagant?

  58. - The true face of the “compassionate” bastard Democrats:

The little children in great danger, holding hands, staring blankly ahead, are pawns in a larger game. That game is run by adults. How cold do you have to be to use children in this way?

    - It is true that they will do anything to gain and retain power, and I see nothing to suggest that the RINO ruling class are a damn bit different.

    - A pox on both their houses.

  59. - If you’re keeping score at home sports fans its not going to change any time soon. Bumblefuck does not:

    A) Intend in any way to be seen or associated directly with the crisis. That is what he meant by “not interested in a photo-op”. If you listen carefully Marxist bastards always tell you their intentions. In fact the asshole showed you what total disdain he has for America, the Constitution, and the rule of law by going within a few miles of the border and thumbing his nose at the decent people he hates.

    B) Has no intentions of “fixing” the immigration problem any time soon. He is down to a percentage of job approval, 37% and falling, which is basically made up of two segments of voters. The hard Left morons, and the Hispanics that are dependent on him breaking the law so they benefit. As long as he keeps fucking over the Constitution and the law he maintains his base, and as long as he keeps the Hispanics hanging hoping for immigration reform they dare not buck him. On the latter hes right. They are basically a god-fearing group, Conservative by nature and without that cudgel hanging over them they would never vote for a Marxist.

    - So there you have it. We are being misled, not led, by a Marxist meglo who hates our country and every thing it ever stood for.

    - Exactly what you would expect from a Kenyon.

  60. - BTW. at some point Hillary, who’s handlers are watching this lawlessness and the intentional treasonous actions by Bumblefuck and his party, will take full advantage of the general crisis we are in. Bank on it. If she were to be seen as “saving the country” she wouldn’t need the Left’s support.

    - The Irony is that she may be our best and only hope to break the Lefts stranglehold on power.

    - Jebus on a pony, how did we ever come to this set of affairs?

  61. Whats all the fuss about? …Admin only wants $3.7B for expansion of this phase of the Open Boarder Welfare State.
Jeb Bush insists that those folks in the pic are coming here for and out of love. Ah, welcome to the land of progressive milk and democrat honey.

  62. BBH: - Jebus on a pony, how did we ever come to this set of affairs?

    We let the side down.

  63. Backing up what Dicentra said, Beck’s position is best summed up by this: Beck thinks it is none of the federal governments business to spend tax payer dollars to provide for the illegals. Beck has been pretty clear about this.

Beck is trying to show that the federal government needs to butt out of the humanitarian part and let private charity handle that end. Beck is dead set against the feds spending money on anything other than sending these people back.

No matter what, raising the profile of the border rush and the issues surrounding the border rush is a good thing.

One potential side effect is that the border rush may very well kill any sort of amnesty push.

  64. I forgot to mention my caveat: I don’t think it much matters what Glenn Beck or President Obama does.

With the rule of law being effectively dead in this country, we’re headed for an “Atlas Shrugged” meltdown without the benefit of Galt’s Gulch to rebuild the country.

Absent a miracle from God, that is. However, with 50 million abortions under our belt, I suspect God’s mercy toward America is a bit strained at this point.

  65. So, Americans, are we enjoying our national alliance with the leftist caudillos of Central America? (Only think of the potential advances in those oppressed nations as the righteous power of socialism comes to fruition there.)

How about enjoying our national alliance with the jihadist organizations of Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, Turkey, Syria and Iran? (Again, only think of the vast improvements to Arab and Muslim civilization once the hegemony of the Jew is finally broken.)

Is it not a delight to be governed by a man with the profound stature of our very own IWonPenPhone, a man with the vision to have the former unjust interests of the United States thus freely cast to the winds, where hopefully, those interests may be scattered to riot and become permanently irrecoverable?

And yet, how strange that some disrespectful power-grabbing fools in Congress have the temerity to pathetically sue our beneficent ruler in courts of law? On what basis? His rule is all.

Crush them. Annihilate them through laughter — laughter true to the will of IWonPenPhone ObaZma. Harken to the judgment of the courts as they spit out this trivial attack.

  66. BBH: They are basically a god-fearing group, Conservative by nature and without that cudgel hanging over them they would never vote for a Marxist.

“It’s a very traumatic experience for [the agent] and [the agent’s] family,” he says. “[The agent’s] got small children.” He says that it’s too soon to tell if the agent will be able to make a full recovery and return to work, and says the agent was healthy prior to processing the immigrants.

“Our agents have been getting sick more often than before with flus and congestion and a whole bunch of respiratory illnesses,” says Hector Garza, the secretary and treasurer of NBPC 2455. “The processing room was severely overcrowded and that just made [it] the perfect breeding ground for these diseases.” Garza says he and other Border Patrol officials have had to communicate indirectly with the agent, via the family, because of the agent’s inability to speak.

Seely says the Laredo Sector has recently had illegal immigrants arrive with active cases of tuberculosis, scabies, lice and chicken pox.<

However, your lecture about doing as Jesus would do with Samaritans as example, historically accurate by sacred text, applies to two individuals he encountered and served as example, Jesus did not deal with a swarm of Samaritans invited by Herod to disrupt the entire population. I do not know how Jesus would respond to waves of illegal immigrants disingenuously invited by Israel’s governing bodies. But I do know his contempt for them. And I do know what they did to him. That portion of your response is rejected.

  93. When people ask “What Would Jesus do?”, they always seem to forget that “flipping over tables and chasing people with a whip” is among the options.

  94. “Just take the damn pill…”

    What’s for supper, grandma?

  95. With grampioca pudding for dessert.

    Yum.

  96. I do not know how Jesus would respond to waves of illegal immigrants disingenuously invited by Israel’s governing bodies. But I do know his contempt for them. And I do know what they did to him. That portion of your response is rejected.

First of all, I was not attempting a WWJD on the issue of illegal immigration. My first argument was that we should not let our political line-drawing be more important than our Christian duty. I used the Samaritan story to demonstrate how politics and custom demanded that Samaritans and Jews not have dealings with each other, and yet when a Jew was beaten nearly to death, his putative “enemy,” a Samaritan, responded to him in a godly manner. Christ was demonstrating the corruption of Jews holding themselves as superior to the mongrel Samaritans.

So the application to the situation is to recognize that YES the Democrats/Establicans have long dealt treacherously with us on the issue and YES the tsunami of unaccompanied minors is a problem that never should have happened.

AND ALSO those kids are not the problem, our politicians are, and therefore our anger should be directed at them and only them, NOT at those kids.

Furthermore, they’ve come here with nothing but the shirts on their backs and the diseases in their lungs and scalp, and when someone is in that kind of dire need without the means to help themselves, we as Christians and other decent humans must see to their needs.

But I do know his contempt for [Israel's governing bodies]

And so his contempt would be directed laser-like at those governing bodies, not at the teeming masses who are being manipulated and used and exploited by those vile, loathsome governors.

Just because the dems are all about open borders doesn’t mean we should turn our noses up at the genuinely needy.

Remember when there was that earthquake in Iran and they refused to accept aid from Israel, even though it was top-notch and quickly given?

That’s insane. We should never get anywhere near CLOSE to that. Not even kinda sorta.

  97. 1. A psychopathological condition characterized by delusional fantasies of wealth, power, or omnipotence.

    2. An obsession with grandiose or extravagant things or actions.

So definition #2 was merely that Glenn Beck is a man of grand gestures and big goals? He likes to dream big and then see it to its conclusion?

If that’s the case, then there’s no reason for the conservative movement to be rid of him.

    Right?

You meant the first definition, with a side order of “charlatan” thrown in.

I don’t care that you’re not a fan of Beck’s. I don’t care whether you listen to his program or read The Blaze or buy his books or go to his shows or subscribe to his site.

But you have to know that Beck is not a con artist. He genuinely believes everything he says. He overshares. He thinks out loud. He takes great pains to make sure his life concords with his words. He believes that because he has a Big Microphone and the savvy to use it that he has the responsibility to tell the goddamn truth no matter what the consequences.

Beck might be dead wrong. He might be crazy. He might be misguided. But he’s NOT attempting to deceive anyone — he had enough of that when he was an alcoholic.

And so I still don’t know why the conservative movement needs to be rid of him. Perhaps you can explain without using the dictionary.

  98. Churros are Mexican funnel cakes, nr.

They originated in Spain, actually. A common breakfast is churros con chocolate and the chocolate is dense almost as pudding but still hot, and you dip the churros in.

Best sugar-bomb this side of a Cinnabon.

  99. Sounds delicious, but I think I”ll stick with the grampioca.

  100. >I don’t care whether you listen to his program or read The Blaze or buy his books or go to his shows or subscribe to his site. <

that is why "the axe theory" is so dead in america. peeps are going to pursue goals regardless of the ruining class illiberals.

  101. grampioca

    Ha!

  102. It seems to me that as long as we don’t conflate individual/church-based Christian charity with public policy then we couldn’t be led astray by the varied leftists’ pablum and Beck doesn’t seem to be doing this as best I can tell.

There is nothing charitable or kind that an individual could do here that would undercut proper action by the government. Namely, deportation. There is no talk of sanctuary, for instance, correct?

Incentives matter but I doubt this includes a teddy bear or a soccer ball or a couple hot meals before getting back on a bus headed south.

  103. there’s an opportunity cost associated with allocating scarce resources towards filthy urchins

even teddy bears and a couple hot meals

  104. there’s an opportunity cost associated with allocating scarce resources towards filthy urchins

That is true, of course, but I wouldn’t tell any free American where they should allocate their charitable efforts. In civil society people care about all kinds of shit. Generally based on their fellow-feeling as best described by Smith in Moral Sentiments. To complain about the individual actors making their little individual decisions is not my thing.

Where we traditionally debate such things is in the public sphere. There it’s up for a vote. There we lay down “the law”.

  105. i’m just saying it’s a choice of how to allocate scarce monies same as any other choice about how to allocate scarce monies

    and i think glenn beck

    he chose poorly

  106. Fair enough.

You might very well be right.

  107. In civil society people care about all kinds of shit.

    An example.

  108. That’s a very good example, Geoff.

It wouldn’t be that hard to argue (as a socialist overlord) that this wasn’t the best use of these individuals efforts as might be arranged after many phone calls and group meetings but you couldn’t argue that it wasn’t a) immediate b) local and c) non-compulsory.

  109. there’s an opportunity cost associated with allocating scarce resources towards filthy urchins

Glenn and his donors are of the opinion that the cost was worth it.

Also, leftwing news orgs (BIRM) report that Glenn Beck goes to the border with teddy bears and soccer balls while Obama says “screw em, I gotta make this bank shot.”

Glenn Beck is doing the right thing and Obama not?

    Exploding lefty heads.

    Exploding.

Tell me that’s not worth it.

  110. i’m not sold

this just isn’t a feel good story

  111. >this just isn’t a feel good story<

dead babies washing up on the rio grande are not unless naral is involved
