“Meanwhile, the DOJ’s War on School Vouchers Continues”

You see, it’s all about avoiding segregation, this fight against vouchers.  And it doesn’t matter whether minorities are trapped in failing schools:  what matters are the Crayola optics.  And maintaining the illusion of systemic racism.

It’s enough to make me spit.

These people — who lay claim to being “progressive” — care nothing about children, or even education per se.   They care about teacher’s unions and maintaining control over their dependency plantations.

If they could feel shame this would be obvious.  But as they crave power over everything, they are incapable of such a bourgeois sentiment.  The ends justify the means.  And the end game is full and permanent control over docile and dependent economic units managed by a ruling elite that grows fat off of their cronyism and treachery.

Tyrants come in all colors.  And that’s what the last 5+ years should show those people who based their votes on guilt they shouldn’t feel and the promise of civic healing that will never be allowed to occur, lest the race hustlers and identity politics crowd, along with the PC scolds, lose the sharpest arrow in their otherwise largely flaccid quiver.

Actually, vouchers enable blacks to integrate their kids with white kids in better schools. Progressives love segregation when it suits their aims. They always have.

Pray? Gets? I though they’d pretty much outlawed testosterone.

You have to give them point for the consistency of their circularity:

    Public Schools are good.
If Public Schools fail to do good, it is because they have not sufficient resources.
Ergo, more resources should be given to public schools.

Thus, they will always be blind to their will-to-power, because they see themselves as servants of an objectively good institution which is good. Objectively.

Just once, I’d like to see a responsible politician stand up and say, “They’re don’t really want money for the children! They’re demanding money for themselves, and using your children as human shields and hostages to help them get their way! Tell them to go to hell, and to leave your kids out of their moneymaking schemes!”
