“Election Officials Investigating Group that Exposed Voter Fraud”

I suspect it was the lack of berets, Burberry military jackets, and unholstered billy clubs that did them in.

Denying the vote to other humans is unfair. And probably racist. And if it takes inventing prosecutorial powers and locking up some uppity honky mutherfucker to crystalize the points, than that’s something we should be prepared to live with in this, the United States of Benetton.

Ridiculous blather designed to distract from the ease of committing voter fraud. There’s nothing to investigate and the DC Board of Elections has no prosecutorial power. They’re muddying the waters, period.

    ” . . . had a man say he was Eric Holder . . . ”

    Uh, no, he didn’t.

  3. JHoward says:

What? A Fourth Estate you say?

  4. George Orwell says:

Too bad O’Keefe didn’t ask “Do you have Prince Albert in a can?”

He doesn’t need an ID either.

Of course they are. The real crime here is uncovering voter fraud, which doesn’t exist and anyway both sides do it.

  6. sdferr says:

    O’Keefe responds.

  7. StrangernFiction says:

“DC elections officials say they’ve identified at least two other precincts in the group video where they tried to obtain ballots pretending to be someone else.”

Based on what I saw, had they tried they would have succeeded.

  8. leigh says:

OT: Florida DA to charge Zimmerman. Feds weighing charges, quoth Holder. WTH? Murder isn’t a federal crime.

  9. sdferr says:

    Zimmerman charges coming, apparently.

  10. George Orwell says:

    Zimmerman charges coming, apparently.

Woo hoo, grand necktie party! Now to make sure the verdict precedes the trial.

  11. leigh says:

Beck was speculating if Zimmerman was a suicide risk this morning. I’d certainly think so. Anyone know if his folks have heard from him?

  12. cranky-d says:

Of course they will charge Zimmerman. They are afraid of the race hustlers.

The law as written doesn’t matter. Reasonable doubt doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is when the “wrong” people end up doing something the race hustlers don’t like.

    Bye bye, America.

  13. cranky-d says:

The verdict of murder in the first degree with special circumstances as a hate crime has already been established.

  14. leigh says:

No Grand Jury, no First Degree Murder, cranky. Manslaughter? How many degrees are there in Florida, sdferr?

  15. George Orwell says:

But remember, the real villain is a guy like Derbyshire. I’m sure at this moment the grim troll Lowry is hunt-and-pecking a post on How Justice Served Trayvon.

  16. cranky-d says:

Since there is no provable crime in the first place, why bother with formalities, leigh?

  17. leigh says:

I keep remembering all those business law classes I had to take in grad school, cranky. I also forgot this isn’t America anymore.

  18. cranky-d says:

The law doesn’t apply to whitey any more. We’ve done evil, and now it’s time to pay for it.

  19. McGehee says:

It’s not a question of whether he committed a crime. There are so many federal laws that if the maladministration wanted to it could put everyone in America into a federal prison. I’ve probably committed at least 14 federal offenses just typing this comment.

Oops, fifteen: excessive on-the-fly self-editing. Violates the commerce clause.

Silly rabbit. Nothing violates the Commerce Clause.

  21. Squid says:

Has anyone done an analysis to determine how many lefties currently jumping up and down and insisting “There is no voter fraud!” were screaming “DIEBOLD! DIEBOLD!” a few years ago? I’m thinking some sociology class might could look into that.

^ It looked better before posting.

Insty asks: “ANTITRUST: Why Is Apple Getting Cored In Washington?”

Think it could have anything to do with the fact that Apple is 187.5 times more solvent than the Federal Government (-15Trillion/+80Billion)?

  25. leigh says:

But does Apple get unfair tax breaks like the E-vil oil companies? I bet they do.

  26. cranky-d says:

Apple’s profit margins are enormous compared to oil companies. They need to lose their subsidies* too.

*the subsidies being, of course, the same write-offs all companies get for expenses incurred in making their gross revenue.

  27. Abe Froman says:

Apple’s way of doing business bordered on suicidal for most of their existence, and now it makes them a monopolistic?

  28. leigh says:

Funny how the president never mentions that little fact, isn’t it? Of course, he’s still packing around a Blackberry.

  29. B Moe says:

Can you imagine Nixon pressing charges against Woodward and Bernstein?

I can’t either. We are so fucked.
