You will all forgive my ultra-jaded cynicism if I think the Whitehouse would be very excited should another terrorist attack along the lines of 9/11 (or preferably larger) occur.
Because they have no situational awareness, they will assume that the result would be the same as it was in 2001, the country rallies around the President and lawmakers in a burst of spontaneous patriotism.
They will be disappointed when the country blames Barry, the legislative branch, and the America hating policies they push.
They’re gonna need a bigger Reichstag.
If they’re stupid enough to think a major man-caused disaster perpetrated on American soil as the result of Anti-Islamic Activity would redound to their advantage, then we’re well and truly FUBAR; as in we won’t make it to 2012.

I have no earthly reason for posting this photo except as a whim. NOTHING to do with fuel shortages even though they are still relatively cheap and easy to store.
A moratorium on all offshore drilling will likely kill more jobs (so much for that being his priority) AND raise the prices at the pump.
How would the D’s like to be responsible for a hike in gas prices and adding more to the unemployment rate??
