“Obama’s fundraising success could well mean the death of public financing”
So argues the LATimes blog. Personally, I’m not bothered by that death. But what I’d like to see is a clear set of rules and those rules adhered to. I suspect that, forced to compete, the GOP — or perhaps even a fledgling new party — will find a way. What’s interesting is how much of the presumptive President Jesus’ contributions have been converted into U.S. dollars from foreign currency. I guess the world really does have a say as to who should be elected POTUS.

- Interesting how quickly every single Lefturd “Socialist” instantly becoame wildly exuberant “free market” capitalists, the minute its their bread thats in the oven.
- Personally I don’t think any of them haveconvictions of any sort. I think they’re just a gaggle of left-over hippies, amd their aspiring counter=culturalists that know stability is the kiss of death for them, and are out to fuck up as many aspects of American life as they can, hoping in the ensuing chaos they can individually somehow score higher on the wealth-o-meter.
