He said: \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c5\u201cI don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t think any of our customers believe that we use dragon meat in our sausages. We use the word because the dragon is synonymous with Wales.\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00c2\u009d\n<\/p>\n<p>\nHis company, the Black Mountains Smokery at Crickhowell, in Powys, turns out 200,000 sausages a year, including the Welsh Dragon, which is made with chili, leak [sic, I hope] and pork.
