At which point, Bill Ayers can perhaps step in and explain, rationally, pragmatically, dispassionately, why such things need be done &#8212; and how it will in the end bring about a greater good on earth.<\/p>\n<p>At which point, the Two Minutes of Hate will commence nightly, and those not cowed will be removed from the civil equation, either through re-education or, in the most severe (but necessary) cases, by other means.<\/p>\n<p>Heaven holds no great appeal without Hell as its foil.
