Barack Obama.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;winner&#8221; accepted the long-term kiss of death from the &#8220;Gen. Petraeus\/Betray-Us&#8221; crowd to get access to its estimated 1.7 nutballs in the Super-Duper Tuesday states.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 As noted at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenation.com\/blogs\/campaignmatters?pid=278779\">The Nation<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Organizers said they would &#8220;immediately&#8221; begin mobilizing on behalf of Obama, leading turnout programs and phone-banking members of MoveOn in targeted states. The group made seven million &#8220;GOTV&#8221; calls for Democrats in the mid-term elections, and it has an extensive voter file database.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Republican National Committee <a href=\"http:\/\/thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com\/2008\/02\/01\/moveon-endorses-obama\/\">wasted\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0little time<\/a> in using the endorsement to highlight Obama&#8217;s title as the newly-crowned &#8220;most liberal&#8221; member of the Senate (the very link I earlier suggested the endorsement would raise) and to ask why a group founded to defend the Clintons was now rejecting Sen.
