The Return of ‘Regis’, also known informally as ‘John Bolton’s Moustache’

I would describe the scenario, but it is beyond words.

Suffice it to say that I have never seen a hairlip chain-smoke the National Intelligence Estimate while simultaneously giving ‘free rides’ to all of the present female interns.

Or rather, I hadn’t.

Difference, there.
