On how Sarah Palin’s neglect of proper prenatal care caused the Down syndrome of her son. Kim Priestap, predicting that he’d do this very thing, has the screenshot. More here. Malkin’s on it, now.
What a douchebag. Keep your rabies off our babies, Alan. Who’s the retarded infant, here, anyway?
I suggest you start looking for a really big crow, you ninny.

Eek! Sarah Palin may have been knocked up before marrying! James Dobson! Handwringing!  Because of teh HYPOCRISY!
I’ve mentioned before that I don’t give a rat’s ass whether or not Obama was born out of wedlock. I don’t give one, either, about this, being notoriously stingy with rodents’ tookuses. But keep it up, leftards, if you want America’s women to push back, big time. And I know I can count on it, because you just can’t help yourselves, so filled with the milk of human kindness you are.
So, let me see. We’ve got Sarah Palin causing the Down syndrome of her baby who was actually her daughter’s baby whose big brother Track might have been conceived out of wedlock but who nevertheless grew up in a loving home where the parents were willing to make the sacrifices that that many children bring. That’s really . . . mindbuggering, but apparently all of a piece with the cognitive dissonance that McCain’s choice has caused for those loving, caring, tolerant, inclusive, mentally flexible lefties. Good thing they aren’t slaves to the mind-forged manacles of the kind of fossilized categorical imperatives that condition the right.
And these are the same people who think that digging into O!s affiliations with Ayers is too much?

Yeah, because not rushing to the hospital usually causes chromosomal abnormalities. What a maroon.

Funny, huh, how Colmes’ piece of filth is suddenly “disappeared” from his site.
Deja vu Markos “Screw ‘em” affair.

Colmes made the most ignorant remark by a pundit I’ve read in quite some time. And that is saying something.
Trisomy 21 is so far from being related to management of ruptured membranes as to make any insinuation otherwise pure ignorant absurdity. There are different mechanisms, forms and degrees of Trisomy 21, none of which is related to prenatal care or even prenatal nutrition, (sometimes a factor in neural tube defects, along with genetic propensity).
Translocation errors are heritable, and exist in the damaged gamete prior to conception. Other errors can occur prior to conception , or during the combining of male and female genetic information, during the process of fertilization.
Why on earth would he mention her management of ruptured membranes, except to accuse her of causing her child’s problems? Was he accusing her of having a death wish or lack of concern for the progress of her pregnancy and healt of her fetus?
The unmitigated nastiness of it! What the hell was he trying to say?

Maybe he was trying to find a way — acceptable to the nutroots — that Trig really is Sarah’s child and not her daughter’s?
It’s a reach, I admit. But if true what a sad commentary on the political spectrum Colmes inhabits.

Nothing in particular.
He’s in a panic, throwing anything he can get his hands on hoping something/anything will stick.

Listen to his radio show sometime, Sarah. He does a remarkable job on H&C of disguising what a vile little man he really is.

Based on Colmes’ own follow-up remarks, I think I have discerned his intention.
He can’t get away with openly criticizing Palin for her decision to continue her pregnancy, in lieu of all the expected and possible risks and outcomes of a Trisomy 21 birth.
So he means to remind people of her “lack of judgment” by questioning other aspects of her “fertility management”. (Now he even has the temerity to question her allowing herself to fall pregnant at her age, in light of the risks of a geriatric pregnancy, and her opposition to induced abortions.) This is the purpose of the criticism of the previous evening….to remind people that she took chances with this pregnancy that a prudent person wouldn’t take.
Out of “kindness” he never directly mentions Trisomy 21…. he expected his audience would fill that bit in quite handily on its own.
