Some end of year reading for you…(The Sanity Inspector)

Dave Barry’s Year in Review is always fun.

Mark Steyn’s annual retrospective shows why, in addition to being an ace pundit, he’s probably the most gifted obituary writer going.

And he’s always a few weeks tardy, but be sure to watch for Tim Blair‘s Quotes of the Year.

    Much fun was had at the Friday counterprotest, with a American flag over one shoulder and champers bottle in hand, saluting the passing cars and enjoying the mumchance mugs on the moonbats across the street…

    I probably had the best time I will ever have in 2007. I watched the Hee Haw marathon, until I had to go play at some stupid bar with a not-so-stupid band.

    How does it go? Life sucks and then you don’t die.

    I think I sound much unhappier than I really am. Life is much funnier than my ability as a writer is. I think I have been reading too much Hemmingway…
