Sarah Palin “fringe”? [Darleen Click]

Hysterical and certifiable Frank Rich claims Sarah Palin would rather “gladly see the Republican Party die on the cross of right-wing ideological purity”

Certainly, Palin endorsed Doug Hoffman in the NY-23 race; he was the only alternative to two Democrats.

But in the midst of the nasty New Jersey Corzine/Christie and Corzine-stalking-horse Daggett race — where Democrats are phoning Republicans to vote for Daggett — Chris Daggett attempted to say Palin had tried to pressure him to quit.

If Daggett were the more “ideologically pure”, then Palin would endorse him as Frank Rich screeches. However, as a person more pragmatic of backing people who can actually win, Palin had an answer for the New Jersey spoiler

Despite what candidate Chris Daggett is claiming, I have never contacted him or his campaign. I have never asked him to drop out of the NJ Governor’s race. Now, if a politician is going to play loose with facts like this, the electorate needs to know it.

So, to the good people of New Jersey, please know that Daggett’s claims are false. I’ve never even suggested he should drop out of the race. But, come to think of it…

Heh.

And CBS News does a hard hitting exclusive with Levi Johnston.

First they ignore you, then they mock you, then they fight you, then you win. Or so I’ve heard.

The Plantation Party can keep whining and using subterfuge to no avail, the economy is going to sink them.
All they have is tax and spend. That is it.
    They have nothing.
    Nada.
    Zilch.
    End of line.

People shouldn’t vote for Chris Daggett because he’s a complete idiot.

A Daggett spokesman acknowledges that Daggett’s claim on MSNBC was incorrect.

“She never contacted us asking us to drop out,” Daggett spokesman Tom Johnson told ABC News.

Johnson said Daggett got the incorrect impression about Palin from people on his campaign bus who themselves were mistaken and relying on an unsubstantiated blog item.

“Someone wrote mistakenly on a blog that Sarah Palin asked Chris Daggett to drop out of the race,” said Johnson.

Okay, I will do it for Sarah, Daggett, drop out. Corzine needs to go down. Daggett supporters need to get behind Christie. I am all for shaking up the GOP, but Christie is no Scuzzy-fuck-you. Corzine however is a Scuzzy-who-ha.

McCain should have done more to back Palin.

Oddly, she might be all the more effective for the experience. Would you have been talking about her now if not for that particular failed campaign? Probably not.

Utley lurvs Sebathia. If Blanton hadn’t plunked A-Rod on purpose, no doubt that Sebathia would have hit Utley, who was using Cece like a batting practice pitcher.

I try to wrap my head around their obsessive hatred of her and the only thing that makes sense is that none of these losers have gotten over their childhoods. Progressives were overwhelmingly losers in high school. Dweebs. Ugly girls. All manner of social retards and outsiders. And this is their revenge on the prom queen.

  36. Comment by Mitch on 11/2 @ 12:59 am #

Mitch is listening to the cartoon voices in his head again.
Abe is right. Cartoon voices for sure.

Everyone needs to get behind Palin for 2112!! She’s ready!

  37. Comment by Bob Reed on 11/2 @ 1:21 am #

Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman scare the devil out of the left. They view them as existential which is why they go looney when you mention either of their names, and go into a spittle flecked rage and sling about wild accusations and insulting attacks…

Mention their names and the brownshirts immediately go into action…

  38. Comment by Abe Froman on 11/2 @ 1:21 am #

Sorry Mitchy, the cartoon voices are still very loud in your head. I never suggested Limbaugh didn’t say such a thing even if you aren’t sharp enough to pick up on the nuanced manner in which he said it.

Everyone needs to get behind Palin for 2112!! She’s ready!

And that is sort of a tip off that we’re dealing with an idiot who thinks he’s smart and is trying to mock us. Is this William Yelverton the high school graduate with three silly music degrees by any chance?

  39. Comment by J. "Trashman" Peden on 11/2 @ 1:58 am #

    Darleen: Mitch

why does Palin scare you so?

Seriously, Mitch, while you apparently think you are really getting to us via your infantile expressions and tactics, all you are really doing is showcasing your weaknesses – which, if you are able to, you should instead take a look at yourself, preferably when you are completely alone with yourself.

Btw, just to comment on your last post, I seriously doubt that Abe was denying that Limbaugh said what he said about Palin being ready to be President. That wasn’t his point.

oops, I see that Abe just responded…

Heh, indeed. Last night I got a robo-call telling me that the Republican candidate for Virginia AG is on the “fringe.” Frank Rich, Katie Couric, Snowcone, robo-calls. Fringe. Fringe. Fringe. It’s like the Progs are trying to hypnotize voters, but the result is going to be voters who feel like they’re being called names. Perfect.

Blanton was not throwing at Sabathia. I know these things. If nothing else.

The Pogues played their last American show in New Orleans yesterday. At 2:15 local time.
I would have liked to have seen Shane in the middle of afternoon, fighting delerium withdrawls, as kind of a life slice experimental observation deal. I am not being flippant. After seeing him in San Diego, I’m real interested in what kind of science keeps him alive. Good luck Shane.

“Mitch” was posting from two different proxy IP’s…and the second one @ #37 is one thor has used.

DEO was just a drive-by from Pasadena

  45. Comment by N. O'Brain on 11/2 @ 8:14 am #

Hmmm, I wonder if thor ever got the professional help I was urging him to see.

  46. Comment by Bob Reed on 11/2 @ 8:40 am #

thor’s probably over here posting from time-to-time. Especially when most of the recent content at POWIP are my own, because he doesn’t seem to want to comment on any of the posts I put up, I guess there’s some type of resentment or something there…

And snowcone’s flavor is just like that numb-nutz parsnip that was posting here last year, and was a self-admitted citizen of Washington state…

Just for the record and all…

Frank Rich is a dick, to put it bluntly. Whatever he claims, the opposite is true. This has been true for about 20 odd years now.

  49. Comment by DEO on 11/2 @ 10:16 pm #

    Yes, this IS fringe:

If Palin can bust up the GOP, then Palin can control what’s left of it when she’s done. Who knows, she might even play a little inside-outside game herself. The third party of Phillips is today known as the Constitution Party, and its Alaska chapter is the very same secessionist outfit with which Palin is so friendly.

  50. Comment by JeffS on 11/2 @ 11:35 pm #

Speaking as a (conservative) resident of Washington State, I would like to point out that most of the lefties and similar idiots (such as Snowcone) tend to live near the I5 corridor. This is a result of their migration patterns from California over the past few decades. The same is true for Oregon.

For many years, the Cascade Mountains were a natural barrier to these buffoons, and we whom reside east of that majestic geological formation were blessed by their absence. Alas, the vermin have broached the barrier, and are slowly trickling over here, mostly along the interstates, forming colonies where they can survive.

I’m enjoying the relative peace while I can.

  51. Comment by SBP on 11/2 @ 11:37 pm #
