criminal enterprise ACORN of San Diego [Darleen Click] UPDATED

And those shoes keep a droppin’!

Just how many cities do O’Keefe and Giles still have in the can?

Makes Chief Crook Organizer Bertha Lewis even more shrill and delusional.

**************
Still no word on any Vagina Warrior site about criminal enterprise ACORN. N.OW.s front page is a plethora of radical Leftwingnuttery — criticism of the healthcare plan is teh racist, a paean to Ted Kennedy as a “women’s rights champion” (Mary Jo had no comment) and urging support of the repeal of the DOMA. Pandanitwits actually believe the Legacy Media is down playing racism in All Who Dare Not to Kiss Obama’s Holy Hem, because all those teabaggers are about teh hate (their irony gene was given up as a condition of joining the Leftcult). Nada at Feministing or Feministe. Even BitchPhD is as clueless as Charlie Gibson on the issue and would rather write a silly post that when the race card is used as slander against you, you have no business complaining.

Let’s face it, the so-called “Feministe” movement is not about “Women’s rights”, it is just a wholly owned subsidiary of the radical, statist, racist Left.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Real life is stranger than anything you can make up.

Did we ever get an accounting of which offices O’K and G were kicked out of?

“Did we ever get an accounting of which offices O’K and G were kicked out of?”

Acorn Philly called the cops on them and there was booked for a “public disturbance”… but Breitbart is claiming that they weren’t kicked out for the things you would think they would be kicked out for… ie… child prostitution…

I really want to see the Philly video…

  3. Comment by Joe on 9/17 @ 7:56 am #

    yrrrr, how about NONE.

Andrew Breitbart said they are going to not release any more for a while to let these sink in, but that there are more. My guess is O’Keefe and Giles paid a visit to the Windy City.

And meya’s primary concern is that ACORN hasn’t made arrangements for the girls’ health care in the event that their slavers get caught.

meya, I hope you’ll be comforted by the knowledge that ACORN already does everything in its power to make sure that the people who bring these girls into the country for the purposes of sexual slavery never get caught. An ounce of prevention, and all that.

You guys seem genuinely upset that the real news outlets won’t peddle your phony stories for you.

  7. Comment by maggie katzen on 9/17 @ 8:27 am #

Snowcone thinking that Pandagon is a “real news outlet” explains a lot.

    Phony?

So you fall into the Lewis – “the tapes are fake” camp? Thanks for that.

Why do you support the slave-trade, snowy?
Are you expecting to get something out of it?

So Snowblower was Senator Burris running to a real news outlet to explain his support for ACORN?

    Hey, Alphie/Snowcone!

Have you changed your mind about wishing our soldiers in Afghanistan would come to some sort of harm? If we were invaded by Chinese troops hidden in shipping containers, would you wish them harm?

How many blogs have you been kicked off to date?

Ding dang, people are getting fired over phony stories? ACORN actually shut down for an internal audit over phony stories? State AG’s are opening (more, let’s not forget voter fraud cases pending in, what, 17 states) investigations into ACORN’s practices over phony stories?

I’ve commented elsewhere, that you’d think liberals, tax and spenders that they are, would be glad that this kind of thing, advice on how to evade your taxes, is exposed. Why would they be happy about a pimp and prostitute trying to get over on the Federal government? Heck, VP Joe Hair Plugs, in charge of making sure none of the stimulus money wasted by fraud, should be sending these two citizen journalists a letter of thanks.
I’d like to know why liberals are OK with this kind of fraud. This organization still has $8 billion ear marked from the stimulus bill. Liberals want this kind of enterprise to have access to that much dough?

  26. Comment by Squid on 9/17 @ 9:35 am #

Fortunately, I’m pretty sure that O’Keefe and Giles are well-rehearsed on their rebuttals:

“Yes, it’s true that I cheated to get my Boy Scout knot-tying badge, and Hannah once gave her school friend an Advil in violation of the school’s zero-tolerance policy. We admit it. But never, not even on our worst day, not even in the passion of a heated argument, have we been so twisted as to consider giving a sexual predator legal advice on how to elude law enforcement and defraud the government at the same time. The government that, coincidentally, gives ACORN a major piece of its operating budget.”

This just isn’t going to end well for the tax-evasion and prostitution enablers.

Yet another isolated incident in an ever growing long line of isolated incidents.

I enjoyed how snotnose used the MSM ignoring this as some kind of proof that it is a fake. Priceless. It is the same defense they tried with Van Jones, right up to where he was resigned.

The mostest precious is how snotnose and meya and RD and the rest are defending people that are trying to facilitate underage sex slavery for illegal aliens. They have no soul.

JD, the snotcone/meya/RD contingent is made up of people who can’t envision politics as anything other than team sports. The Right:Republicans:Capitalists:Classic Liberals on the winning side is equivalent to The Left:Democrats:Fascists:Progressives on the losing side. Good and Evil aren’t part of that equation to them, only cheerleading for the right color jerseys.

No, I’m saying you guys don’t have anything but a one day story here.

Like when it was revealed that Republican financial super-genius Neil Bush had boinked underage prostitutes in Bangkok.

Having more tapes that just show the same type of thing is a non-story.

Study Watergate…the stories just kept getting worse and worse for Tricky Dick.

    That’s how it’s done.

  33. Comment by geoffb on 9/17 @ 9:56 am #

By now I expect that the ACORN management has contacted every office to find out if James and Hannah have visited them. They have shown that they will fire people. To deal at all with this situation management needs accurate, complete, information of what has transpired but has not yet made it to the public scene.

Now if you are one of the lower level workers what exactly are you telling your boss. Remember the employees have shown themselves to not be adverse to lying and performing illegal acts in the course of their jobs. Management must know this too. They hired them because they would be amenable to be trained in the Alinsky methods and they then trained them.

I think ACORN management is discovering that with each tape they do not know what has actually happened. They are getting only cover stories from below. Everyone is telling management what they think management wants to hear. Their ability to react and act to dampen down the crisis is hurt because they have no way of knowing whether what they think they know is true or not and their unknown unknowns are possibly huge.

    #40 geoffb:

You are correct, I think, that ACORN has no clue about how many tapes are out there, what is on those tapes, and how many employees of what levels were caught. Here is another though: how many organizations and politicians used ACORN? For what purposes? Did any of that information get tossed out in the conversations, is any of that on tape? Is a state AG going to walk into the office with a subpoena and a search warrant and start going through everything?

I bet the ACORN phones are jumping off the hooks right now, with many worried people outside of the organization trying to discover where they stand.

It may indeed be the case that “old white people” are not the future of this country, and that the likes of ACORN and the president, who was once a trainer for said organization, are the future. Seeing as how ACORN was caught on tape giving tax advice to people about how to set up a brothel that would employ underage illegal immigrants, could someone explain to me why that’s a cause for celebration? Could someone explain why that’s “progressive?”

Ah yes, if the latte sipping sissies in Manhattan newsrooms didn’t report it, it effectively didn’t happen.

Juxtapose this with the fact that they considered M’chelle’s man-arms “news.”

And especially in favor of the underage-sex-slave-trade. Can’t forget that little detail about Willy and alphie, and RD and meya, and all the rest – they defend, are apologists for, organizations that are pro-pedophilia and the slave trade.

The average age of Fox News viewers is 65. The average age of right-wing radio is 67. Certainly not the future of this great country.

    From william’s link:

It is, rather, a crueler demographic point. The dirty little secret of conservative talk radio is that the average age of listeners is 67 and rising, according to [Jon Sinton, founding president of Air America] — the Fox News audience, likewise, is in its mid-60s: “What sort of continuing power do you have as your audience strokes out?”

    BWAAAAA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Wow, an unbiased source if ever there was one! Air America, nutters! Bastion of non-partisan information. Good one, william.

Oh and I must congratulate you on the whole BlowJob Texas sock puppetry. I mean no one has ever, ever, ever taken my initials and used them like that. Never! Really! Your originality and creativity know no bounds, william, and I haven’t seen its like since fourth grade recess.

Oh and seek professional help. You are beclowning yourself.

  92. Comment by BJTexs on 9/17 @ 11:31 am #

Shut up you cranky old white fucker. You don’t have much time left, I think you might use it to learn something.

Said the narcissistic, obsessive compulsive Google paint balling angry progressive william yelverson who can’t follow his own advice about not denigrating people who don’t believe in him. Why so angry, william? Music studies not enough to keep you busy and content? do your family and friends know you are running around right leaning sites posting gibberish and bile under false names?

Would they be proud of your “Blow Job Texas” invention? How about your students? would they look up to you if they knew? Do your fellow musicians egg you on or would they cringe at the level of of compulsive vitriol?

You might want to take a moment to ask yourself those questions and wonder about your motivation and state of mind.

I am tired. I am tired of debating. I am tired of focusing on what is wrong. I am tired of hating Bush. I am tired of classifying people with different viewpoints as inferior, so as to elevate myself and my own opinions. I am tired of the negativity and expending energy to discredit people. I am tired of politics in general. I am tired of the need to win arguments at any cost. I feel dirty when I look at my political blog that I spent so much time and energy denigrating people. I don’t need or want this in my life anymore because I really think that over the course of the last few torturous years, the negativity and frustration with Bush Administration affected my outlook, my happiness and even my relationship with people on both sides of the political fence. There is simply something wrong with gaining delight in constantly criticizing. Putting people down and hating people is not an effective means of debate.

It seems to me, William, that you had the right idea. What changed? Was it Obama’s plummeting polls? Was it the death of your expectation that conservatives would just shut up and die? Why are you so angry now when your political brethren control everything?

Just for the record, I’ve been reading and commenting here for more than six years, and I can’t remember ever seeing our host or any of our regular commenters express the slightest concern about the racial composition of the American people, aside perhaps from some concerns regarding the anti-assimilation tendencies of our Mexican communities in the southwestern states. Given that racism, racialism, and related -isms are nowhere in evidence, why is it that The future keeps posting links to race-related articles as though they had any relevance to a discussion of the slavery assistants at ACORN, and whether it’s reasonable for governments, unions, foundations, and the like to continue supporting ACORN’s child prostitution promotion programs with their dollars and reputations.

Now his toadie William Yelverton, Ph.D., is trumpeting what a good think the decline of whiteness is, and how it gives his “side” so much power now and in the future. Then, he demands that you take at face value the things Brackabama says before a general audience, in abrogation of the things he earlier said to friendly audiences where he believed no camera present.

Let’s see now, alphie/snowcone, with regards to the “one day story” meme.

    1) US Census severs relationship with ACORN with regards to the organization conducting polling.
    2) 20 States now have ongoing investigations into the organization
    3) Senate votes to suspend funding 83-7
    4) Robert Gibbs says of ACORN, “obviously the conduct that you see on those tapes is completely unacceptable.”
    5) ACORN suspends new admissions pending a board of inquiry review.
    6) Four ACORN employees dismissed so far.
    7) House of Reps. votes 375-75 to suspend funding to ACORN

Wow, that one day story had legs, man!

How’s the planning going for the Mile High Dirt Berm™, alphie/snowcone? Chop chop, dude, people are dying!

A juvenile understanding of hypocrisy is the only thing that matters to the left in these matters. Republicans preach honesty and morality, so when one of them is caught out then they must be dealt with severely. Democrats have no morals, so if they can keep it out of the press, it is no big deal, nothing to see here, or if they can some how twist it into an act of rebellion they can even get rewarded.

I was paraphrasing, JD. It seems that Snowcone spends an inordinate amount of time trying to defend a group that is all-too-happy to help pimps and slavers with their quest to evade law enforcement and defraud the government, while at the same time making fun of those who think such behavior is wrong.

Honestly, I don’t know how Snowcone can live with itself. To proudly stand up and defend the indefensible might be expected of a defense attorney or a lobbyist. Which, come to think of it, may go a long way toward explaining Snowcone’s behavior.

Just how much of Soros’ money are you “earning” with your defense of the criminal ACORN syndicate, Snowcone? Is this all just a game to you, or do you honestly fail to realize that you’re trying to defend people who have no compunctions about facilitating tax fraud, prostitution, and human trafficking?

My compatriots will also repeat this, along with noting that Obama’s allies in the newspaper, broadcast television, and cable news networks go out of their way to minimize the impact of these continuing revelations about Obama’s favorite get-out-the-vote partners.

Your distraction tactics will not work, because we’re intelligent enough to stay focused on the fact that this story is about ACORN’s malfeasance, and secondarily about the media’s attempt to hush it up Edwards-style.

No, guys, we’ve had a lot of experience with alphie/monkeyboy/snowcone.

He’s a stick poker. You know, that kid at the zoo who just has to grab a piece of wood and poke at the monkeys in the cage, trying to get a reaction.

He will never answer your questions directly nor challenge you in any way. Instead he will try to find the most provocative thing that he can say in a sentence or two that will garner a reaction of some kind. the more he posts the more outlandish and, ultimately, despicable the comments will be, ending in him writing something so disgusting or morally vacuous(like comparing the Va. Tech murdered students to Iraqi civilians and declaring that the massacre was “no big deal in comparison”) that he will be banned has he has been banned dozens of times before from here and Patterico and Jules Crittenton and Ace and others to numerous to recount.

Continue to engage him and he will continue as he has, posting little tantalizing bon mots and giggling at the reaction. there is no depth of intellect nor even a partisan hatred, just a cage poker, not worth time or money.

onn the flip side, at his most outrageous, alphie/snowcone has created monster laughs by being beyond parody at times. Other times. like when he wished harm to LTC John during his Afghanistan tour, he’s a disgusting little pig. The very fact that some of us know it’s him despite his constant name changes is proof positive that some things obtuse and useless are eternal.

Any smart politician, any smart foundation, church, school, will be consulting lawyers and accountants, just to make sure that they can plausibly deny any true contact with ACORN after this. Vote fraud? That’s politics, but underage sex slavery? That’s toxic, there isn’t any excuse for that, there is no excuse for any organization to have multiple offices willing to assist with that. ACORN and all of its successors in interest, all of its subsidiaries, are going to be untouchable. ACORN’s mid-level and upper-level staff are going to be lepers.

And now, when Axelrod needs the ACORN folk to bring out the troops, he is going to have to work real hard to ascertain none of them, none of the lepers can be traced back to him, the White House, Organizing for America. It is too toxic; voter fraud is politics, but child-sex-slavery? My God, no one with sense (note Sen. Burris running away from questions on this) is going to want to be in the same zip code as anyone associated with this.

It’s probably paid by the word, and added up by some net ‘bot running a very simple algorithm that excludes any tests for logic, coherence, and consistency.

    This would explain much.

Sen Mike Johanns, not content to seed various appropriations bills with amendments barring ACORN, drives on toward a stand alone bill. From Byron York:

Johanns told me moments ago that he plans to introduce that standalone bill, called the “Protect Taxpayers from ACORN Act,” this afternoon. It would bar all federal funds to ACORN and its affiliates. Johanns says there will be several co-sponsors — he has asked lawmakers of both parties to sign on. “This is an organization that just continues to dig itself into a deeper and deeper hole,” Johanns said of ACORN. “This group needs to be defunded and investigated.”

snowcone god what a moron you are, If it weren’t for ACORN’s coordination and election fraud for Obama he would likely have lost the nomination to Hillary Clinton. They also played a huge role in all the corruption in Ohio and other places in November.

I don’t mind losing elections because I can abide by the law, but election fraud is why Obama is where he is and ACORN was its main vehicle. This hurts the marxist we won’t know how bad for awhile. And more importantly it will help diminish election fraud.

Voter fraud accusations is just politics, even with tape; mortgage fraud accusations is just capitalist whining, even with video tape. Child-sex-slave accusations with video tape?

There is a very tangled web of funding involving ACORN and much if not all of the progressives. It will hurt the Democrats that are of the progressive stripe if the scandal is followed where it will lead.

I expect some sort of firebreak is being erected to protect as many of the funding sources and power brokers as is possible. SEIU is the one most exposed as they are practically a co-joined twin of ACORN.

  302. Comment by Mikey NTH on 9/17 @ 7:42 pm #

There’s a sliding scale of “evidence” over there, with some crimes – like rape and the Bush Administration’s conspiracy to bring down the towers – which are actually impervious to exculpatory evidence. Then there are the crimes that are committed by fellow travellers – ACORN and Mumia come to mind – which are held to some as yet undefined standard of evidence.

Interior Secretary Gale Norton broke the law

See, most of us want to see this kind of crap investigated and any perpetrators punished. In that case, there almost certainly (I say “almost” because it’s just barely possible that no laws got broken, although it seems improbable) was criminal activity.

So, what do you think of the ACORN situation? Is that a topic you can discuss, or are you determined to change the subject?
