Holy Mary, mother of God, what in the name of God’s green earth is it that a Democrat’s first gut reaction to someone calling them on their OWN WORDS makes them flat out lie??
Baird made headlines last week by comparing town hall protesters to Nazi guards.“What we’re seeing right now is close to Brown Shirt tactics,” Baird told the Columbian. “I mean that very seriously.”
Mr. Hedrick is passionate, intense, sometimes mocking, but at no time is he this cartoon-”astroturf”-strawman the Leftcultists, White House apparatchiks and poodle media are pounding 24/7.

He moved us that much closer to a classless society. If you can do that by speaking, it’s not lying, it’s speaking the truth. Baird has no doubt earned this fellow’s rebuke. Prior to this incident however, the only time I’d ever heard of Baird was when he abandoned his leftist fellow travelers after he had gone to Iraq to see what progress was afoot for himself and returned from there to support Pres. Bush’s policy proposals for Iraq back when the going was at its hardest, back when MoveOn was calling Dave Petraeus General Betrayus. Baird was alone, extremely alone within his party then. So maybe he’s not entirely irredeemable.

They don’t consider it lying when the media will back them up by regurgitating their lies without challenging, questioning, researching, or correcting them, or by the media lying for them – directly or by omission – so they used to feel no obligation to tell the truth. But today with so many others willing to do what the fifth column won’t the democrats are finding themselves having to pull stunts like this. Baird realized right after he lied how this clip would be on the net and prove they are liars, so he backtracked and mentioned he had apologized.
The donkeys are not even honest enough in this debate to admit that it is not about fixing healthcare, cutting costs, or increasing efficiency or quality at all, but about having them – government – take over the trillions of dollars involved and by fiat the decision making process tied to that. If we want healthcare fixed we need two demand two things: less government meddling in healthcare and tort reform. Neither of those are anywhere to be found.
