The One is going to take care of us, cradle to grave, even though he doesn’t like big government. He’s only doing it for our own good since we just can’t carry on without his wisdom. So calling him “Master” is just a natural progression, eh?

As someone who has spent the past 3 years with my now fiance SAVING to buy a home and realizing we could not afford one, and forgoing the purchase of “fun” things like big screen tvs or new computers, etc along the way, this hits close to home. I am currently right on the brink of being able to purchase a new town home (I’m 26) and if this plan gets passed, property values will still be arbitrarily high enough to price me out for another 6-12 months or so I figure.
So if some lib-fucks like thor think I’m expressing faux outrage when I say I hate your president’s bullshit policies, a hearty fuck you to you then sir.
We used to reward responsibility in the past in this country. At some point, we stopped and became at best indifferent to it. I suppose I could live with that, even though it showed the country at least tolerated irresponsibility as national policy.
Under this administration, we now actively PUNISH responsible citizens in this country like me. I didn’t go blow up the housing market – I’ve been the guy SAVING to buy my own first home.
And now this administration is telling me: I need your money to bail out the fucker who put no money down on a 500,000 grand house and then took the family to Vegas to celebrate. Don’t like it, too bad. It’s the new HopeAndChange America.
And then you lib-fucks tell me I’M the selfish one. God, I’m really starting to hate you.

#11, I feel for you and all of the others who had a brain, patience and dignity.
As for hating the Marxists, let it all out and join the crowd for the simple fact that they will give you no quarter, you are less than nothing to them and your words will NEVER register in their brains.
Fight them, to the end when on top, destroy them. That is what they are doing to you.
Comment by Drider on 2/26 @ 5:43 am #
I forgot to add, those lifetime students of liberal arts, those out who sit back and wait for a government check, those named Obama and his henchmen, no doubt have an unspoken phrase specifically for people like you…………………SHUT UP AND KEEP THE MONEY COMING!!
Comment by Mr. Pink on 2/26 @ 5:47 am #
Phil I just bought my own house, VA loan though so I could still swing the no money down. I did have to troll foreclosures for 4 months until I found one that wasn’t filled with cat urine and spanish graffiti but it was worth it. Good luck in your efforts.

It’s a shame we’re now our (bone-lazy, goldbricking, work-shy, good-for-nothing, parasitical and spongiform) brother’s keeper.
Can’t we just kick his ass until he straightens up and flies right? Oh. That would be considered intemperate. Sorry.
Comment by Vulcanrider on 2/26 @ 7:20 am #
That’s racist, Serr, and I denounce you. Just because it worked for years on our younger siblings, it’s neither PC nor sensitive enough for today’s touchy/feely world.
But it’s still fun, and WOULD be the right thing to do!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Anyone who thinks this is in any way racist has been brainwashed all these years.
If BHO was any other color than he is and it was the exact same joke, no one would think of the word MASTER as a racist connotation which it isn’t but I guess so many people have VISA they forgot about this little company.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I gotta send this to my grandkids

Phill, similar to your situation, I couldn’t afford to buy a house until I was in my 30s, though I make pretty decent money. I bought it with my fiancee, and based our mortgage on my salary. Unfortunately, we broke up a year or two later and I was left with a mortgage that was payable, because we didn’t overextend, but that required sacrifice – gave up cable, subscription based services, going out with friends for beers, no buying a new car even though mine is a 2001 etc. When I was laid off in November, my one goal was to find a way to make enough money to keep my mortgage current and I did, until I found a new job. I did things the right way and bought a small house, commiserate with my salary. Now I see we’ll be bailing out a #!@#!ing busdriver, who bought an 875k home- buying an 875k on a busdriver’s salary is NOT the fault of the lender, its the fault of the idiot busdriver who thought they were entitled to an 875k house, just because the bank would let them max out their borrowing potential.
The mind boggles and enrages.

Them lenders are gonna be popping champagne too. People can walk away from houses. Lenders, not so much.

Darleen,
This picture is priceless, and really gets to not only the heart of the matter, but an aspect that I hadn’t considered before…
I wonder if MAObama’s forclosure plan requires folks who unreasonable indebed themselves through refinancing to sell all of the “toys” they bought with the money..? I wonder if he or anyone on his smartest-folks-in-the-world braintrust have even considered this angle…
Otherwise, not only will we all be bailing out folks who bought too much house, but we’ll also be collectively underwriting some people’s lifestyles and choices surrounding such!
Just shows how much of an effin mess this is…

Congrats… my #3 daughter (also 26) moved home last Oct after the house she was renting with friends was foreclosed. It has presented the best opportunity for her to pad her savings account and look for her first purchase (she’s got an offer on a short-sale townhouse). There was no way she could have afforded even looking two years ago.
My husband and I bought two years ago … we can and have fully met each month’s mortgage even as we’ve see the value of our home slip into a ditch. BUT we won’t see values rise again unless the high inventory is shrunk and that means getting people like you and my daughter into homes.
Comment by Mr. Pink on 2/26 @ 8:36 am #
Darleen the value of my home plummeted 100 grand between 08-09. Lucky for me I bought it in 09 still 15 grand under the assessed value. Before I bought this house I was waiting 4-5 months on a shortsale bid that I put in. The amount of hoops you have to jump thru for a shortsale is ridiculous. Mine fell thru cause the owner wanted the bank to eat the entire loss, maybe that has changed now since the banks are recieving billions of tax dollars but who knows. I wish her luck it is a perfect time to buy.

Yesterday I mentioned that Obama was spending $1 trillion per week.
I was wrong. Looks like it’s closer to $1 trillion per day.
