When Kerry picked John Edwards to be his Vice Presidential running mate in 2004 the sum total of Edwards’ experience was one partial Senate term, which he had mostly missed as he campaigned for his party’s Presidential nomination. IOW: none.
Sarah Palin is a state governor, yet the MSM (at least the LAT) continues to treat her as if she were still a small-town beauty queen. This transcends the usual media bias. It has to be outright sexism. The feminists are lapping it up, though.

Thor’s comment is deeply revealing. He is utterly unacquainted with parenthood, family life, or children. In other words, he has no real contact with the most rewarding aspects of human life. He and his life are sterile, empty things.

I can’t help it, it’s adorable. It’s an “Awwwwwwwww” moment. Like when you see a puppy.
BTW, what a well behaved little girl Piper is. I loved when she was telling her big sister, “Stand up, stand up, they are clapping for us!”

Yeah they are so not white trash. While I am certain that there is a delightful mullet or two on the head of some Palin cousin somewhere (they are from Alaska after all) they are pretty classy all in all. Cute as buttons too.

They call it Hockey Hair up north, a mullet is the perfect cut to fit under a hockey helmet.
