Politics I think is going to probably take a backseat anyway to economics for awhile just cause what I’m getting is that the media is starting to get really nervous that the stimulus and Bernanke are gonna do the trick so they better make hay while the sun shines. Also I think a lot they’re pulling back on the coverage of their Democrats cause no news is a lot better news than the news they’ve got.

Also dachshunds are the best dog ever I think. At least for little dogs, what you could have in a smaller place. Cute, funny, smart, but they can be really violent and attacky and protective when they need to be. Cool puppies.

Our dachshund is about 1/2 a dog tall but nearly 1 1/2 dogs long. All in all, he’s about average.

um, yeah. There’s a dachshund in our neighborhood that will run half a block to bark at me when I’m walking Roxie. so then Roxie is always all, “mom, I need a snack….” and I have to drag her away which isn’t easy cause she’s fourty-five pounds o’ Shepherd mix and I’m kinda puny. and the dachshund just keeps barkin’ and snarlin’ at us. tiny dogs are the worst about that. so much anger in a tiny package.
anyhoo, this kitty always makes me laugh.

Dachshunds are feisty. They’re also good dogs for teaching kids not to screw with dogs.
